I had a tool similar to this but it had three fingers instead of four and was made of plastic, and after years of use it cracked and started coming apart. My main use is holding small screws by their heads while applying thread locker, and then positioning the screws and getting the threads started.This tool seems well made and the metal construction should last much longer than the plastic version I had. The price is fair considering you get two tools. I prefer the texture of the black tool but the silver one is easier to see when working with dark metal objects.
