Before finding these, I ordered a different set of seven. They were only $7. And, they were basically junk. Sent back immediatelyI found these which are not only far better machined but three times the quantity and a much better mix of sizes for only a couple dollars more. Or, better put, the average price each is less than half the price of the junk ones.Yeah, I’m pleased with this purchase

Needed to take the wiggle out of an old ball peen hammer. Found these little guys and figured why not. These are different from the traditional wedge shim style ones. But they seemed to do the trick. A little softer than I had imagined when installing deformed just a little. But it worked. No more wiggle even after over a year of use on that hammer.

My axe handle was loose. My axe head was beginning to slide on the handle and there was a gap between where the axe head should be and where it actually was sitting. I got these “Round Handle Wedges” after watching several videos on ways to tighten axe handles to the axe heads.I hammered the axes head snug down onto my axe handle, then I hammered two of these round handle wedges into the top of the axe handle. They absolutely tightened my axe head to my handle. My axe head is exactly where it is supposed to be, and it is snug and tight. There is no longer any play or wiggle. I once again feel secure in swinging this axe, that the head will not fly off.

Straight forward and to the point. Various sizes and worked as intended.

I believe there is 2 of every size so you can put 2 small ones of the same size in a handle. There were some metal shavings stuck inside but you can poke them out with a screw driver.

So much better than the cut nails I used to use.
