The sparkly thread is so fun but it is a little tricky to embroider with. It gets stuck on itself and was constantly getting tangled no matter what I did to try to prevent it. I eventually finished my embroidery project and the sparkle turned out so cute, but I would only recommend if you have a lot of patience.

The thread is beautiful. It is a little hard to work with—hard to thread the needle and the strands separate and fray. But the results are gorgeous.

It is harder to embroider with the metallic thread, so used long stitches. It can twist a lot, so check on that. It did pull through felt with no breakage. It is nice quality. It is not very soft, so would not use on clothing. It is a nice silver color and gives some sparkle to the piece. It is a bit challenging to use but not impossible.

I ordered this silver embroidery thread to jazz up a quilt. Metallic floss/thread is always difficult to work with. I was hoping I would get it asap & I wasn’t let down!
