I was surprised how light the box was when I picked this up. Although it is very light it is just as sturdy. I did rows with a barbell and a landmine attachment with this and I like the extra length it gives to make full extension with a 45lb weight plate.

I set myself up with a land mine and of all the attachments I now have this one does the best job during a workout. I stand on 4x6x18 inch blocks to get better anrm extension and stretch and am getting multiple muscles worked very well.

These are okay to use. They do the job. My husband owns a gym so we wanted better than okay. The grips easily slide off as well.

I got a landmine attachment for our Oly bar, and I've always loved doing T-bar rows, so to get started I ordered a Cap FItness PRO Straight T-Bar Row Attachment. Cap has always been a gateway drug for our growing home gym as they have low-cost, lighter duty equipment to get you started, but in the long run this seems to lead to higher quality, heavier equipment. This T-bar row attachment will be no exception. It turns out my husband never did T-bar rows, although he used lots of gear at the gym, but at 6'7", he thought he was too tall. I convinced him to try try this out with the landmine attachment, and within one set, he kept telling me "I really like T-bar rows!"This one will do for now, but it has no weight rating that I could find. I'm recovering from injuries, so I expect to be able to use it for quite a while, but I imagine the hubs will be needing something stronger. For now, though, it's something we both use.Something about our many experiences with Cap is that once in a while, you'll get something that isn't welded right. If that happens, Amazon will do an exchange for you, and it's very worth the occasional exchange as the prices on this stuff are very good and most of the Cap attachments we've had for years - a couple pieces for decades - and used them with many cable machines, lat pulldown machines, 2 Bowflex machines and resistance bands with no issues at all. This T-bar attachment is exactly as I hoped - it fits our Oly barbell snugly but not too tightly, it's comfy for my small hands and my husband's large hands, it added variety to our workouts, has no sharp edges or issues, and the price was right. I'm happy I decided to order it, and lucky me - I got it while it was on sale, too. I think most people will never use it over 150 pounds (keep in mind I couldn't find a max weight anywhere), but if you're a beast, you might want to get something more heavy duty. For most of us, though, this is just the ticket.

Very cheaply made, but that’s not a bad thing. They save, you save, and the function is all that matters. I’ve put it through the ringer with quite a bit of weight for innumerable sets, and it’s more than solid enough. Most importantly is the design. I have expensive Rogue attachments, but I plan to sell them. This horizontal, pronated angle is optimal for lats will minimizing biceps incorporation. Do not bother with neutral or even angled-grip rowing. My lats have never felt better, and I couldn’t be happier with this attachment.

Had it for 2 months and I like it very much. I got landmine that inserts in a barbell holder. I bought a 5 foot barbell to go with it. So satisfying to do core and shoulder exercises. The best feature has to be the fact that when taken apart, it fits 5/8 inch hardware. Perfect for those with a Rogue Monster Lite rack. Perfect for rows. Rather than buy a 100 dollar Rogue landmine, this will do the trick.

During The Great Gym Exodus of early 2020 (during the pandemic), I was lucky enough to have my own power rack at home. I had 45's 25's 10's, hella 5's, Olympic bar, a reliable folding bench and a LOT of time.2 of the big 3 were fine:bench press - the rack handled itSquat / legs - the rack handled itBack was lacking however, I can only do so many deadlift variations and pullups. Originally I had intended to fashion my own pulley system from home depot to hit back, but that was a lot of work. A landmine was the perfect choice.I had screw-locked this onto the bottom of my power rack and so-Negatives:-The bar it comes with is flimsy, I was just careful with it, kept movements controlled. It feels like this part of the "package" was slapped on just so they could charge a little extra. If I could do it over I'd buy a separate one.-The landmine itself is a bit loose, wiggles here and there when its altogether.-There was an extra bit of formed metal on the bottom of cup where you would place the bar, this snagged on the ground whenever I lifted the bar to a 65 degree angle.Positives-Although the landmine itself is loose, the separate pieces held just fine. I check it after every session and the bolts stay in place. Just have to deal with a little side-side play which is not noticeable when I lift.-screw clamp/lock kept it in place.-Although there was a piece of metal hanging from under the cup, the slight snag is easily pushed over. You'll notice it at first but after that its easy to push over and you'll forget its there.-It literally gets the job done exactly how it should. In summation it works perfectly fine for any landmine-type motions. It isn't a slickly built, well oiled device, but it does everything I want it to without problems.Worth it, try to get without the bar.
