This is my second time purchasing this system cleaner because the first time I thought maybe something might’ve been off due to the time between purchase and use. However, this bottle also was brown and color and left my hot tub dirty. Both times there was an odd smell. And the second time I just discarded it. In the past I have had good luck with Clorox products but not this one. I would not recommend purchasing this as your system cleaner.

Dumped this in before draining my spa and changing the water. Lots of bubbles and lots of grime cam out of the plumbing. Will definitely use it again.

Used this to clean the grime out of my spa. It definitely worked very well! The price is decent and the quality is good and what you expect from Clorox. The smell is not too strong which is a plus. I recommend.

First time using this product. We've had the hot tub for 3 years now and haven't used a jet cleaner in the past. We change the water every 4 months or so and use it about 3-4 times as week. This was easy to use - basically dump it in and run the pumps. The biggest instruction note is to make sure you remove the filter as this will contaminate it. The liquid is brown, so it instantly changed the water (this was crystal clear before adding). We ran it through the jets for 15 mins, then drained and refilled. We use a submersible pump to drain it quickly and thoroughly, so make sure however you drain it, get as much of the water out as possible.I honestly can't tell if this made a difference since we never had issues, but I do feel better knowing we ran a cleaner through it. I'll probably do this once a year.

When it comes to plumbing I prefer to use the brands that have been around for a long time - if their products had a problem they would have fixed it or stopped selling it (in my opinion)I tried this with our jetted tub and it worked very well. I tend to clean the tub regularly so I can't speak to a heavy duty job, however for our tub it worked well and definitely brought out some grime. We'll probably keep using this as our preventative maintenance.

The plumbing I'm able to see in my hot tub wasn't filthy, but over the years its collected some grime. I thought I'd give this a shot, but I honestly don't see a difference. I consider Clorox a trusted brand and I use several Clorox products. I'm not saying this doesn't work.. I'm saying I didn't see a difference after use.Your results could vary.. maybe mine simply didn't have any build up to clear??
