I've purchased other refurbished computers from Amazon and had good success. Of course time will tell, but this one seems to be a good purchase as well. Everything fired up just as it should and installing Windows 11 was no problem. I did have to buy a Bluetooth adapter and an external DVD drive, but those were relatively inexpensive. So far everything works well and the compact size is a bonus.

When we had some networking issues with the original unit, the seller was responsive to help troubleshoot, and ultimately replaced with an upgraded unit!

The 3060 micro works well and I'm happy with what I received, and even though I have no use for the very cheap wired mouse and keyboard, I'm glad they were included. Only real gripe is that the refurbisher used some black textured sticky paper to cover up wear and tear, but since this unit really didn't have any, it was unnecessary. I peeled it all off and it still looks fine. Beyond that I knew what I was getting and I'm happy with it.

Parfais pour faire un centre multimédia pour la TV. Permet de faire jouer youtube ou d'autres sites de streaming sur la TV. Rapide , efficace, compaque. Je me demande si c'est pas un article neuf, aucune trace d'usure.

They never tested the power supplies for the renewed PCs. One is dead and the PC would not turn on. I used a different power supply that we had from a different PC and the PC works fine. Another one had the wrong size barrel on the power supply and it would not plug in. No option to get the bad part replaced, we have to replace the complete PC or return it for a refund... Lame that Amazon Renewed is not so much renewed or tested. Be warned. It has happened twice so far, either bad or incorrect power supply shipped with the PC.

The 3060 micro computer from Amazon is fantastic. Great speed, excellent graphics, and very compact. Fits perfectly in my small workspace. Best tech purchase I’ve made recently

I should have read the description a bit closer... this Dell Optiplex 3060 Micro PC is TINY, but AMAZING!! Got this as a replacement for a dead PC that was used for general daily browsing and light online gaming. The unit fits on the shelf above the monitor - I hardly know it's there! And, it came pre-loaded with Windows 11 Pro. Oh, I forgot to mention that it's AFFORDABLE, FAST, QUIET, and handles all the needs of a general use PC in a A LOT LESS space. Would I buy it again, unequivocally YES!! Will I buy another? Definitely!!

This was a certified, reconditioned micro PC. My computer expert son-in-law re-assured me that it was perfectly OK to buy a reconditioned PC, because of the return policy and warranty.It came pre-loaded with Windows 11, which I needed to upgrade to from my old laptop Windows 10.No bulky, noisy, dust-collecting tower to deal with, like in the past. This unit is quiet and compact! Plenty of USB ports, especially if you need to connect to a portable CD drive (not included), or printer (mine lost its Wi-Fi ability decades ago). Mine even came with a keyboard and mouse bonus (USB connected). The micro PC did not come with an internal Wi-Fi, but it did come with a Wi-Fi USB dongle, which works great. I'm not a gamer, so this is perfectly fine for my general computing and internet use. I'm impressed with how carefully this micro-PC was reconditioned and packaged for shipping. It felt like I was buying a brand new one. Setting it up was a breeze, following on-screen prompts.

Unit arrived with new kb and mouse, but with W10 installed instead of the promised W11. Other than that, it's fine, but I really didn't want to waste an evening downloading and setting up W11.

Llegó antes de lo ofrecido, bien empacada, con la fuente de poder correcta, limpia, con teclado, mouse y adaptador wifi con disco con los drivers. Cumple con las especificaciones y funciona correctamente. Trae windows 10 y se actualizó a 11. Tiene dos puertos DisplayPort Port y un HDMI, conector para audifonos y entrada para micrófono, además de bocinas pequeñas integradas. Excelente. El vendedor fue Amazon EU.

Dell service tag was on PC. Took off cover and inspected inside, very clean and compact. Manufacture date November 2018. Windows 10 Pro booted right up. Updated Bios via Dell support. Removed 256GB NVMe SSd and installed a new GPT formatted TeamGroup 512GB 2.5" SSD. Removed Samsung DDR4 16GB 2666MhZ memory stick and installed TEAMGROUP Elite DDR4 32GB Kit (2 x 16GB) 2666MHz. Booted PC received warning that memory has changed (OK). Reinstalled Windows 10 Pro via Windows USB installation media. Windows 10 Pro automatically activated without entering product keys. Updated drivers via Dell support and ran Windows update. The Windows 11 install update was available and I updated. No issues with this PC, fast, quiet, reliable, all at at bargain price. I like this PC so much that I ordered a 2nd one.

Update: Increasing my overall rating to 5 stars. I have since purchased 15 more units for my client. These came with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed, the WiFi antenna instead of the USB adapter, the internal disk caddy, and none of the systems had problems with the CMOS battery.Previous review: I purchased two units for a client. It's a great system for a desktop. Small, quiet, and fairly fast.The description indicated Windows 11 Pro, it came with Windows 10 pro installed, it was up to me to upgrade it (at least that's free, just took extra time). It came with a USB WiFi adapter, even though the WiFi/Bluetooth adapter is built in and just needs an antenna (not supplied). In both systems, the CMOS battery was depleted and needed to be replaced before it would keep time of day. Dell had a BIOS update that needed to be applied. The caddies for adding a 2.5" SATA drive were not included. And the wired keyboard and mouse are rather cheap, I think it would be better not to include these at all.Be sure to download Dell's Support Assistant app. It will update the BIOS and other drivers. Dell's OS recovery tool is handy also if you mess too much with your disks.
