This mount took the biggest headache off my brain because it does exactly what it says; an universal projector mount. I have a portable projector unit that I take to camping trips with 20 other families on an annual basis. The issue is that I've always have had a hard time getting the projector to be straight and stable. There are 1/4" wing nuts on a camera clip I could use onto a tripod, but even those I had issues getting it to maintain a leveled output. This mount was meant for hanging from the ceiling; but I basically hook it up to the mount and took to the camping trip and use it down-side-up as a base and I can coast this on a table and project from there, easy to add shim pieces to achieve that leveled look. Although I didn't use this mount as it was intended, to hang from the ceiling, I can attest that this mount can do the job perfectly. The mount is made of some very heavy gauge plate metal and all joint fasteners are high quality stuff. This will absolutely make a strong ceiling mount no matter where you mount it, I think care must be given on where it screws onto. As long as it gets anchored well onto some solid joist/rafter, this mount will last beyond the life of the projector for sure. Highly recommended.

DAWASAPAT Desktop Projector Mount - Projector Ceiling Mount with 360°Adjustable - Universal Stand 1/4 Screw for LED LCD Video Projectors Camera with Cable TiesThis mount is mostly good. Made of heavy duty steel and the swing arm is tight and secure, with adjustable tension. The assembly was challenging due to the screws not fastening easily. They have to be forced in with some effort. Beyond this, it is a well constructed projector mount.

I got it for my Dangbei Mars Pro 2, and it works well. That is for more than half of the Dangbei accessory.
