This was a 2024 Best Buy for us. It makes the dog crate look a lot nicer and allows us to place items on top of the crate. I was surprised by the quality.

This is great for what it is for the price. The table is solid, heavy, and looks nice. It fits perfectly and was easy to pop on.Major obvious con: velcro to attach. It slides around no matter what. No matter how careful I am to ensure all the velcro is well pressed together. Keep in mind the pet you intend to top the crate for. Mine are animals!

We bought this or our dog crate for our new golden doodle. It sits between two chairs and acts as a table. Sturdy, just the right weight, easy to unpack and instal. Doesn’t impact crate operation. Looks very good.

Perfect fit and seems like it should last. Ordered 2 of the crate tops because we have a small living room and the dogs crates replaced end tables. It’s not the most desirable look but I wanted their crates in the most convenient location. The furniture crates have either been too small for our dogs or just way too expensive. These boards are a little pricey for what they are but worth the price to make the crates more functional and look a little better and saved us money we didn’t want to spend on other options. These are super easy to just add the velcro strips they come with to keep the board in place. We have not added the little curtain they came with but it seems nice enough but I do wish it could have came in different color options because the light color just doesn’t work for us, I may try to dye it darker. The board is nice weight and the color is good but again wish there were more colors to choose from than just the 2. We will use coasters to set drinks on and be mindful not to slide things across the tops in hopes of making them look nicer for longer. I do recommend them over any type of different cloths we have tried to make them look nicer. Oh and the 4 stars is because of the color options for the top and the cloth and also because the cloth having the tassels at the bottom instead of just a straight hem because that’s just asking for bored mischievous pups to try and get. Also my husband would be quite capable of making a top for the crates cheaper but this was just easier for now.

I got the Rustic Style Dog Crate Topper for my 36-inch crate, and it is exactly what I had been looking for at a great price. It's solid and weighs enough to stay in place without being a burden on the crate. It's also beautiful! This topper has turned my dog crate into a usable table, which is incredibly valuable in my small apartment. My cat loves it too, enjoying the extra space to lounge. The tassel curtain is a nice touch, though I haven't used it yet as I prefer the crate open on the sides. Highly recommend for anyone looking to maximize space and functionality!

I really wish I had discovered this crate cover earlier. It's perfect! If you hate the look of a crate in the living room, as much as I do, this is for you.Firstly, the cover is shipped and received very quickly.Secondly, it is extremely well protected during shipping by styrofoam, plastic corners and extra-stiff cardboard.Thirdly, it fits and camouflages the dog crate perfectly. The crate is no longer an eyesore, it is now a functioning end table beside the couch.I will be getting more for the bedroom crates. Highly recommend.

Had no idea this product even existed but on a whim my search words worked! WOW! Have 2 crates in the kitchen & wanted something to at least cover the top of them. This product is perfect! Nice weight that's not too heavy, sized right for the crate tops. Got the darker wood that blends in better w/kitchen cabinetry. Positively LOVE the little curtain that covers the front! Didn't bother sticking on all the velcro - just put the edge of the curtain under the wooden top & it stays in place perfecty. The stark white color was easy to tone down with a 30 min soak in hot tea to a cream color. Most of all, our puppy makes not one peep when she beds down for the night and the curtain comes down. 5 stars here! Good craftsmanship, too.

I was a bit worried about this product because it was pretty expensive just for a topper. However it’s is very heavy and sturdy, I have had no issues with my dogs movements knocking things on the floor when she is the crate. I have a boxer that gets overly excited if she sees anyone so I was worried about that could effect the use as a table. It’s actually very heavy that my dog isn’t able to shake the crate much at all. The topper also makes my ugly crate into something stylish and useful! I just upgraded my couch to a larger size for a large family, which caused us to loose our side tables because they didn’t fit anymore, so our dog crate is an our new set table. We have also put a cover over the crate, so it actually kinda blends and flows with the couch that people didn’t actually know that our “table” was a dog crate.

I have a large dog and he has a large crate. I tried the furniture style ones but they are too expensive or too small. I was excited when I saw this at a great price, I instantly measured the crate and placed my order-2 days later and it was here! The box had hard plastic corner protectors taped down and when I unwrapped the box I was pleasantly pleased to see that the entire thing was surrounded with styrofoam for protection during shipping. Then I saw the actual board had additional corner protectors! This is a heavy, solid piece that has transformed an otherwise ugly metal crate into a useful and beautiful table. It comes with tape/Velcro pieces for attaching the top to the crate to stop it from sliding, but I have it in a corner and don’t need to use them. The cloth piece with tassels is not as long as I would like but I might have taped it too high up. Anyway, I love this! It’s exactly what I needed and is a beautiful high quality product. I should have taken pictures before I put the elf on it but I think you get the idea, I have the fabric on the back for now because I’m going to be moving it and I want my pup to get used to the top.
