If anyone has replaced these before they know the job is not easy. Takes a bit of time to pull it all apart and swap it out. The switch lasted just long enough that I could not return it. So at the end of the day I wasted the money and the time all for not. I would not purchase again.

Fixed my old one which was stuck on the front tank. Was finally able to switch to my very full rear tank.

Used thus to replace on my 96 f250 diesel. Took a couple months before I had time to install it. Almost immediately after installing truck acted like it ran out of fuel. Both tanks were full. Rear tank started overflowing. Found that fuel was not returning to front tank I was running on. It was returning to rear tank that was full. Ended up bypassing valve and connecting front tank directly. Just to make it home. After checking g found the new valve was a failure. Never buy this valve again
