I'm not sure if I received the wrong item but this kit did not fit a 2003 wrangler x.

I had no problems installing this kit. The poly tie rod end cover was a nice touch considering the old rubber one gets destroyed when you break it free from the bracket. Never had a bad installation or loss of performance while using Energy Suspension products. From a performance stand point, it firms up your track bar and I noticed less bump steer. No additional noise either. Be sure to use the poly lube included in the kit.

Replaced worn out track bar bushing on 1990 jeep xj

Used this to replace rubber bushing in stock trackbar. Used a rented ball joint press from local auto parts store to remove old bushing. Took 5 minutes. New one pressed in easy by hand, very little help from a vise but a hammer with a board would've sufficed. The new sleeve is 7/16", which perfectly matches the factory drilled holes in the front axle mount. Bought a grade 8 flange bolt 7/16 x 2 1/2 in with a flange nut from local hardware store.This fits tight in the axle side mount- needed some coaxing with a hammer and board, nothing major. After install, there is ZERO play! No chance of this being the source of death wobble after this bushing is installed.Very impressed with the easy of install and the fit is awesome. Will probably use for rear trackbar replacement too.

Fit my 89 comanche perfect. I'm using a rusty's track bar, but they use factory bushings. It allowed me to increase the bolt size too. Best part this completely eliminated the coined "death wobble". Would buy this again and recommend to anyone with a factory track bar or rusty's bar as the rubber is just too flexible if you have a lifted jeep, even more so if you're running over sized tires.
