As a stay-at-home mom with four teenagers, finding time for myself can be tough. The FEIERDUN Mini Stepper has been a fantastic addition to my daily routine. It's compact and easy to store, so I can pull it out whenever I have a few spare minutes. The workout is surprisingly effective for such a small machine, and I love that I can use it while watching TV or even while keeping an eye on the kids. It's helped me stay active and fit without having to leave the house. Highly recommend it for busy moms who need a quick and efficient way to exercise at home!

You can actually work up a nice sweat with this compact machine. I love you can use standing up or sitting down. The added resistance cords are a plus to add some arm workout as well as lower body. Perfect for all ages. Great as a start up to a workout or a cool down but also a great in between to maintain. This does have some weight so be careful moving it around. Would def recommend

I tell you what I love most about this stepper. It is small. I have had other steppers, that take up like the entire room. But this little step or I can put in my office, keep it under my desk and then when I'm ready to get my step on, just slide it out step step step step step, actively work on a Zoom call. And then I can slide it back no problems. It's really well made, zero problems with using it, definitely make sure you're within the weight range that supports it but otherwise does really good job provide provides decent resistance.

I wish I felt a little more stable on this, but my eyesight and center of gravity have changed as I have aged. I do feel like I am getting a good workout. I can get to burn out on my legs if I want to. I like the bands to up the workout capabilities. I am trying to stay healthy as I age, and I also live in a small house. This takes up little room so it is perfect for my situation.

I am 70 years old and was told by my doctor to get more walking in. That is the best exercise for you. I live in UP Michigan and now (winter) is not the time to walk. Very cold and ground covered with snow and there are no indoor places to go walk. I was hoping that this stepper would do the trick and it does. At first I was a little apprehensive about it. Because of it's smallness and no railings I was afraid I wouldn't have stability on it. Thank God I was wrong. It's very easy to use and no problem with stability. This stepper is quality made, easy to operate and very stable. I use my walking sticks if I feel I need to stabilize myself but I really haven't had to use them. I haven't really used the resistance bands yet but I hope to put them in place on my regular workout. I also like the fact that this stepper does not take up any room. My place is small and room is scarce. I have it near the TV so I can watch a movie and step at the same time. Love it.

I wasn't too sure about this, since I've used some cheaper steppers that creaked, groaned, and flexed, but this one is absolutely rock-solid.I'm not 400 pounds, but I am a big guy (over 6', XXL, wear a size 14 shoe), and this thing has been a champ so far. It comes pre-assembled other than putting a battery in the unit and attaching the handles, so within minutes, you're off to the races.The battery made only intermittent contact at first, but a quick spin of the battery and it was back to normal. It turns off after some inactivity and turns back on when you start stepping again. One thing worth mentioning up front is that while it does have rubber stoppers and does not clank at all, it does make a thump sound when bottoming-out, and if you live above someone, it will 100% transfer those vibrations into the floor, and they'll hear a deep *thump* *thump* sound. Not much you can do about the laws of physics. Maybe the goal is to not bottom the steps out, but either way, I would recommend a soft rubber pad underneath this unless you're on the ground floor.Using this stepper might take a little bit to get used to since there are no hand-holds to balance yourself with, but honestly, that's a better whole-body workout anyway. The step function gets your legs burning, the resistance bands get your arms burning, having to balance your body weight while working works your core, and if you want a real core workout, the twist functionality (with both steps level, lift up the lever between the steps) really does get your obliques fired up.Overall, this is a fantastic piece of exercise equipment. Incredibly solid, incredibly stable, and incredibly versatile. Variety when it comes to cardio is crucial for long-term health, and since this stepper is small enough to slide out of the way in any home, it will fit in with any sort of home gym, even an aspiring one. It's an easy recommend from me.

I almost didn't choose this item since I actually have a similar one but this 1 advertised so many features that I was convinced to try it and I'm so glad that I did. It really is leaps and bounds above the one that I already have. It is stronger and sturdier and it doesn't seem to have any tendency to move or slip when it's used. And that stability is really important especially if your larger or older or a beginner at using an exercise item like this. And I love that this is extra super quiet just like it's advertised. I have owned several similar items like this in the past and this one is by far the best in terms of durability and strength and quietness. It is easy to use right out of the box and is easy to adjust to your own personal liking and again it's super easy to use under your desk at work without disturbing anyone else. Really a great item at this price and I'm so glad that I grabbed it when I had a chance.
