I had what I'd call a standard or basic key lock box that malfunctioned. This one was twice the price, but we'll worth it! It's for my airbnb, so the house design is perfect! The key capacity is roomy, and there's a little edge that holds the keys in when the door is open. I use it for 2 keys, each on a separate carabiner clip and they fit easily. The knob to open the door is so much easier to use than the tiny lever on my old box. I also love the key back up. It's always concerned me that a guest could reset the combination and lock me out of my own box. Now, if someone changes the combo, or I forget it, I can still access it and reset the code. The knob is plastic, so it could be easily broken. I wish it had a metal casing. I also wish it came with 2 keys, it only comes with 1. Still a great product at a great price!

Convenient lock boxes with a nice design, works well without issues but lock also comes with a hard key to access the box in case of trouble with the combination lock.

This Safe is touted as all metal - Alloy Steel with Zinc. Humbug. This is all PLASTIC.A Safe is used for keeping things away from prying hands. A simple hammer will break this into pieces. Not useful. Not functional. Does not satisfy the purpose this is bought for. Bad product. Returning it. DO NOT BUY.

This lockbox looks cute and is large - but is low quality. I used this for an Airbnb rental and after being used by 20 guests or so over the span of 3 months, one of my guests told me it wasn’t working when he checked out.Sure enough the key opens it - but the code does nothing. Tried resetting the code and the reset lever broke off. So now it only works with the key and is headed to the trash.10/10 don’t recommend. Back to my trusty master lock
