After the time setting, it will enter automatic mode with sunrise and sunset function, that means when the setting hours (6hrs, 9hrs, 12hrs) end, the light will automatic enter night mode. The next day will automatically switch to day mode at the same set time point.

It works fine. I'm struggling getting the built in timer to work correctly. I've got it set for 12 hrs. I'll start from new and manually turn it on at 7am and at 8:30pm it's still on so I'll manually turn it off. That's disappointing, but I typically use a smart outlet to control my lights. For others I would think it might be an issue. The light itself is low profile and attractive. Feels well built and plenty bright. The included stands work well and allow for easy adjustments to fit my tank. Overall I'm satisfied.

it works very well. it is very bright and I can see the peacocks and the java ferns very well now. I would buy this light again. very adjustable.

I truly love this aquarium light because it's the perfect size and it comes with its own mount. I have a framed aquarium and it's a pain to find mounts that fit. After struggling for months to find a mount for my old light, I was exceedingly thrilled to see that this light was available. It does indeed have multiple light settings, but again the adjustable mount is the real show stopper. It stays in place and en essentially eliminated a huge problem for me.

I got this light to replace an old, defective one on my 55 gallon aquarium. I really like that it has a timer that can be set to keep the light on for up to 12 hours, then it gently fades into a lovely blue at night. It can be turned on/off manually and the brightness can also be manually adjusted.The light is bright and clear and really accentuates the colors of my fish and aquatic plants.So much better than the old, flickering light that was there before.

Very good light. I got the 24-29in model, which fits my 24" wide tank perfectly. It was easy to adjust the arms and fit it on top of the tank. The rubber handles grip the tank firmly and did not slip. You can toggle through the light dim button to see how much light you want, which is perfect for aquatic plants and fish. Additionally, the ability to toggle the dimness in night mode is awesome! There is a sleep mode that automatically turns off the light after 6, 9, or 12 hours. This feature is nice, but I wish there was a way to tell how long the light has been on. I let it run for hours on the highest light setting, and the light kept a low heat, which was great as I've had other aquarium tanks actually burn the plastic from getting too hot. Overall, a great product.
