This is what a serious home cook wants and needs. I have tried every type of pan - anodised, plain stainless steel, the 'Always Pan', teflon, you name it. This is the one that beats ALL of the others. Exceptionally non-stick, incredibly tough. Costs a bit, but quality does. And the lifetime warranty should be valuable there. If you can afford this - buy it.

This is the real deal cookware. Holds heat, cooks evenly, and a breeze to clean. Worth the investment.

This sauté pan is a real stunner! It looks so much better than I was expecting. Everything cooks perfectly in it and at a much lower heat setting. I don’t use it for sauté I just use it as a frying pan as I like having deeper sides. Wish I could buy the whole range.

Mein erster und letzter Vorschlag an jede Familie. Stilvoll, hochwertig und mit moderner Technik. Aber schade, es ist zwar etwas teuer, aber es lohnt sich.

Much easier to use than skillet. Flat bottom, more cooking surface. USE LOW !!!! TO MEDIUM HEAT. OVERHEATS EASILY. Pan is heavy but fits in back of dishwasher. I got glass lid, but seldom use.

Hexclad makes incredible pans and I need more!! They are not cheap but worth every penny. I have another one and I will be slowly replacing my pans with Hexclad. Even heat distribution, good sear on meat, chicken and seafood and easy to clean. I was in the restaurant industry for about 27 years and I love to cook at home too. By far the best pans I have used.

I already had several Hexclad cookware pieces when I bought this one: a 3-piece pot set with lids, a 3-piece skillet set with lids, and a wok with lid. I even gifted my son a 3-piece pot set ( with lids). Everything they say about them is true: they are durable, skillets can go in the oven as well as stove top. Stove top cooking on medium heat not high. Nothing sticks to them and none of my cooking utensils leave scratch marks. They are easy to use and easy to clean and they come with a lifetime warranty! You just follow the instructions when you first get one and you’re good to go. Also, I always season my cookware after I clean them.

This is my second pan from this company. Is the price high? Yes, but you get what you pay for. These pans are extremely high quality and are built to last. Those saying they are “trash” and everything sticks are not using them correctly. Never once has anything ever stuck to my pans no matter the heat. Of course there’s probably defect pans out there as is with any manufactured item. These pans should be treated similarly to a cast iron. They hold consistent heat and don’t require a high heat even when searing meat. My stove is electric and I’ve never turned the heat above a 5. They will be non stick if you coat them in a quality oil when turning on the burner. My preference is extra virgin olive oil and it doesn’t take much. I cook meals from scratch every night. These pans have yet to fail me. Absolutely love them and will never go back to anything else. I’ve cooked on everything from steel, Caphlon, Green Pan to Tfal and these make everything else look cheap. Worth every penny so take the chance if you are an avid cooker!

Honestly, one of the best purchases I’ve made in a while. The pan is a bit heavy so that takes some getting used too. Other than that; the food just glides as if it were silk. And it’s super easy to clean and can go in the dishwasher. Yes please !

Things I dislike about this pan is its weight. It is rather heavy if you are prepping something in it, and you then want to transfer the contents to a baking pan or smaller individual serving tins. However, the things I like outweigh that con - it is super easy to clean, it heats up fast at a lower temperature, it is deep enough to make a large batch of whatever you are cooking/prepping. It is also a pretty pan. If you can afford it, I think you’ll like it. Price makes it prohibitive for many folks.
