Windows saw it right away and my SSD was online and in Disk Manager. I have since upgraded to a new computer with more SATA ports but this card is great to have at the cheap price - the bundle of SATA cables it came with was worth the $20! I now have it if I ever need it again and I went on to use 2 of the cables on a later build.

As the title says, I'm using this with a TrueNAS SCALE server (Linux-based NAS) running on an X570 Taichi motherboard. The board installed easily into one of the board's x1 slots and TrueNAS had no problem using it on next bootup. It's been running a mirrored pair of 4TB hard drives for a couple months and the remaining two ports will be handy the next time I need to replace a drive for whatever reason. No complaints!
