I got the hoverboard for my son for Christmas and he loved it and it was easy for him to learn to ride

This product was very unstable and shaking and just going in one direction of a circle to the right. I tried to contact the seller and the number was disconnected I tried to contact Amazon who told me to wait so I just decided to return the item only to find out that shipping was not free I had to pay for a defective product to be shipped back and that’s not cool I have a board is very heavy and I could not afford the shipping so I was forced to keep it. It was for my granddaughter birthday and she was very disappointed and so was I. I just don’t understand how Amazon could let someone sell you a defective product and do nothing about it.
