This PC is quite fantastic and value for money. I initially was taken back when I got the PC and saw it was a small device. Notwithstanding, I got over the size issue and setup the device and it is really a fantastic machine to use. Ease to setup and synchronize with my profile. Great product

I' ve only had this computer for one week, but I'm very happy with the HP ProDesk 400 G9 Mini Business Desktop I use to remotely work from home. What's to like? Great price. Easy setup. I really like Windows 11 and the faster Wifi 6. The computer comes with 1 hdmi port and 2 display ports. I use two monitors that use hdmi cables. So, to connect my second monitor, I bought a hdmi to display port cable that worked great and I plugged my speakers into one of the monitors. This is so much better and I love the snall size. I was a little concerned a mini computer wouldn't be good enough, but so far this one is for me. What don't I like: very minor, personally I don't like plugging the mouse in the front of the computer, but the rear is used for other devices. No bigger.

I didn't get a chance to find out if I liked it or not.It froze up in the process of setting up. Sent it back and got over $50.00 in a restocking fee.No acceptable!!!!

When opening the package, there was an inspection checkoff form which is GREAT! But there was no owner's manual or any other paperwork on the computer. Maybe got missed putting it back in the box after the inspection. The computer itself works and operates great!

I replaced my 10 year old desktop with this one. It's about 1/10th the size and weight and works great! So much faster!! I didn't realize how outdated my old computer was until I got this one set up and running. Set up is a bit tedious but that's not the computer's problem. Highly recommend if you're looking to upgrade.
