So far, so good! The seals seem to be well made, but time will tell. They were very affordable compared to the OEM parts. They fit perfectly and are working great. PSA - If you are replacing the seals on you SeaStar hydraulic steering system, do yourself a favor and purchase the SeaTec Marine brand bracket puller here on Amazon to make the job a lot easier. Just in case the brackets are seized to the mounting rod. I will update this review in the event that they don't hold up.

2024-09 Exactly what was needed. I purchased based on quality Crows Foot Gland Wrench. I saw too many lesser quality Gland Nut Wrenches that had bent pins. We'll see if Seals are any good.Whole repair was easy. All that was needed was fresh fluid and a 12 inch Breaker Bar. Removing old Gland Nuts was less than (Tire/Wheel) Lug Nut tight. NO Bracket Puller was needed.

Seems to be well crafted seals and the tool is also very solid. Was able to remove old seals and torque new ones without damaging pins on the tools. Installation was easy, time will tell durability of the seals, I have no reason to think they wont last a long time. I bought these because description stated made in North America, I hope its not just Chinese parts passing through Canada.

Appear to be high quality seals- time will tell. However, best item included is HEAVY DUTY wrench to remove seals. My seals were original and painted over. Needed 20 inch breaker bar to get seals out. Would have had a hard time trying to use flimsy wrench provided in the $25 kits. Get what you pay for.

Whoever is responsible for returns on these, seller or Amazon, claimed return of a defective set was never received and tried to reverse my credit. Beware! Fortunately, I had the UPS receipt. I used these two different times. One set worked great. The other set had one bad seal the was deformed and wouldn't slide onto the shaft unless great force was applied; clearly defective. I won't use these for future jobs because I don't like shady sellers.
