Pump is garbage, clogs every few hours. Very frustrating. I bought this so i wouldnt have to mess with it. Fill it up, plug it in, cover it up, figured it would last a couple weeks without having to change the water. Nope, pump would not continue to work, tried several fixes. Trash

I have had these pools for 18 years They are usually good for At least 3 years. They don't cost much easy to set up and not expensive to maintain. I take them down in winter and put them back up on early summer. My granddaughters and I have enjoyed them every year. I bought a smaller one this year for ME. The girls have outgrown mammy and her pools.I'm 71 and I can put up and take this one down by myself.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

I purchased this pool after the pandemic hit so we could have something to cool off in during the summer. Pools are all closed so I figured this would get us through the hot Texas summer. I set it up, fill it up, no problems for about 6 weeks. Then, one morning a set of 3 pin holes appear and the top ring is completely deflated. Luckily, all the water did not drain out. I repaired the holes with the patch provided and it held fine. About 1 week later, another set of pin holes appear and the top ring is completed deflated (again). I patch it with the provided patches but this time, a large hole appears over night. I tried just about everything to patch the large hole but nothing worked. This is all within the 90-day warranty period so I file a claim with Intex customer service. The experience was horrible. I wait on the phone for over 30 min before I speak with someone. They take my info and send me an email with instructions. Get this--they want you to cut the pool up and send them the following items: the Intex logo, the drain, the inflation valve, a section of the floor and the damaged area along with proof of purchase before they will send you a replacement. When I asked if they have any more pools in stock the answer: NO.So, because this happened outside of their 30-day refund window, I cannot get a refund AND because they are out of stock, I'd have to destroy my pool, send them the cutouts and wait until they have more in stock. Which is when? They had no idea. What a joke. Defective product and horrible customer service. Last Intex buy that's for sure.

Perfect for one or two people. 8 foot at the base, and 6 foot at the top. Kinda a tight squeeze if you want to float in. The pump is not big enough for the size for the pool. You can expect to spend about $70-$100 for chemicals to keep it clean and clear. And you’ll spend another $30- $50’on filters for the pump. If you don’t maintain the pump it will fail rather quickly because it’s not the right size for the capacity. Overall I’d give the pool for its size and durability an A. As for the pump is a D. As far as chemicals...start up you’ll spend $100 plus depending where you live. And a few filters as well. With the cost and durability for a small pool and a small investment in chemicals and maintenance this should with proper care last a few years depending on your climate, I’m in NorCal.

Was very easy to set up and we were ready to start filling it in less than 10 minutes. Purchased for our two grandsons (ages 3 and 5) to use.
