This is my second 6-port adapter on the same PC. The first one was used without any problems, so I added another. The Device Manager will not read any specific driver if you use Windows Storage Spaces.

Was able to pass the entire controller through to a TrueNAS VM from Proxmox and provide direct access for TrueNAS to the attached SSDs. It uses much less power than the LSI HBA I had on hand before and is fast enough (even on a PCIe3.0 1x NVMe slot) to saturate my 2.5gbe network. Time will tell how it holds up over the long haul.The SATA ports themselves seem somewhat fragile so be gentle when installing the cables.
