My Pool Service recommended that we use this however I personally do not see any difference in my marcite stains after using this for six months. It’s pretty pricey not to see a difference, but perhaps without it the pool would look even worse. I have no idea. What really bothers me is that my last shipment came without a cap and some of the liquid, which is purple went all over my brand new floors. This is definitely not something that should happen and when I tried to get a refund, Amazon wanted me to return it, which would be close to an empty bottle without a cap. I really hope they will read this and will offer a replacement because I’ll eat the money before I try to ship back something like this.

I recnetly had my pool remodeled. The tech who was finalizing the salt system and testing the water brought out a bottle of this stuff and said it worked pretty good to keep stains away. I don't know how this works but the water is crystal clear for two months and there are no stains at all in the pool. It's all cleaner now than befor I had it remodeled. You don't need to use a lot of this, just use per the directions about once a week. It's good stuff.

I used it to remove a stubborn stain that was at the bottom of my inground pool. I tried everything to get rid of it but nothing seemed to work...until I tried Jack's Magic The Magenta Stuff. Within 48 hours of pouring a 32 ounce bottle of it into the pool, the stain was completely gone. This stuff is amazing!

I have an above ground 15x32 pool with a vinyl liner. My pool was stained from a copper ionizer I bought last year and then I added another one this spring. They did a great job eliminating algae from the pool. They started to stain the pool when the PH level got real low. My fault as I didn't add PH when needed. Result was a stained pool. I bought some products on line with no help. Went to a pool place and they told me it was going to be expensive to remove stains. While searching on line I came across this product with great reviews. I heard before to take vitamin C and rub it against the stain to see if it removes the stain and if it does, buy this product. The vitamin C did work so I bought 2 bottles of this product. My pool had been stained for over three weeks and I thought I would have to replace the liner it this didn't work. Once I got the chlorine level down as prescribed in the instructions, I poured in one bottle around the walls of the pool. I noticed within an hour there was a track of blue on the bottom of the pool indicating this product was working. The next day, 95% of the stain was gone. The following day I added the second bottle and this morning all the stains are gone. The ladder still has some lighter stain but we'll see what it looks like by tomorrow. Great product, very happy on the results.

This product was recommended to us by our contractor after we had our pool replastered. We have 2 huge oak trees in our backyard that drop leaves, acorns, pollen spores, pretty much tons of organic material into the pool. Anyone that has a plastered surface pool knows how quickly a sunken leaf can leave an ugly stain mark. I use this product as instructed for weekly maintenance & a little heavier during spring/fall months & it has been fantastic. We don't cover our pool during the winter months and keep our pump running very low during the occasional super cold nights. This product has kept our new plaster surface looking great for 1 ½ yrs now. Highly recommend.
