After following the provided install instructions the keypad did not work. I had to return the item for a refund due to substandard construction.

It's a really nice key safe. Does just about everything you would need - it's well made, seems secure, it's easy to program. The only thing I would like to change - only 1 code is allowed. I understand it probably isn't intended for multiple users, but having multiple codes available for unlocking would push it from 4 stars to 5.

It's awesome! Super easy to use, easy to mount on the wall. Easy to program and opens every time with the correct code or key. It locks super secure and comes with the plastic key tags for labeling.

So much sturdier and more resistant to break-in than a key cabinet. Is it a true safe with 3 inch walls, etc.? No, but for the price it's a really nice in-between. I've used it a fair bit in the few weeks I've had it, and it has worked flawlessly. No issues at all. Really easy to set/reset the code, override key works as you'd expect. I mounted the unit on the wall using 3/8" x 3" lag bolts into a stud on one side of the safe/cabinet and left the other two holes empty, and the back of the cabinet is sturdy enough that it's solidly mounted using just 2 of 4 holes. One thing I did change, though. The colored key tags that came with it are OK, but not the greatest quality so I ordered replacements from a different brand. If your keys won't be used often, the ones that come with it are fine, but I anticipate at least some of my keys getting used frequently and wanted something sturdier. Minor criticism of an otherwise great product. I'm very happy with this purchase.
