Its refrigeration system is self-contained and bottom mounted, elevating the cabinet to a convenient self-service height. Forced air is circulated throughout the interior, keeping products uniformly chilled. The unit defrosts automatically and an electronic, thermostatic control keeps temperatures between 35 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. The front of the Kool-It HOM-36 BK merchandiser is open, enabling customers to grab prepackaged goods. Its exterior is made of powder coated black enamel painted steel, which resists corrosion and provides an attractive presentation, while its interior has a steel liner with a white enamel powder coating. There are three shelves included and these can be rearranged depending on the products being stored. LED lights and glass side panels maximize product visibility, drawing customer attention in high-traffic areas.
