This is a very well designed and made pitcher! I've used pitchers to hold tea in the refrigerator for years. My old one still works, but it's difficult to get the top on completely, causing it to leak a little. This LocknLock pitcher has 4 separate clamps on the lid, to securely lock down each side. In addition, it has a simple to use flip top lid that quickly opens, flips back and locks until you pour your beverage and close the lid in a couple of seconds. The pitcher is very thin, as you face the handle, so it fits in tight spaces in the fridge or elsewhere. (See my photo.) Most importantly, it never leaks a drop when you're filling, storing or pouring it. That is great, especially when you've tried to get by with a pitcher that does leak a little, leading to wiping leaks with paper towels or having to place a paper towel in the fridge to catch leaks. Believe me, you will be happy using this pitcher!

Fantastic ice tea picture. Fits in the door great. Lid fits very securely, no drips. Main lid snaps in place while the pouring lid screws in. Plastic is clear very durable and so far it’s my new favorite tea picture.!

Everything about my previous jug issues solved by this one. Pouring lid locks out of the way, seals liquid 100% even when upside-down, no nooks or crannies to reach when cleaning, stacks side-by-side wasting no space, whole lid removeable making refilling a breeze. Can't think of a thing to make it better.

This is such a great size for the refrigerator. I bought 2, one for the iced tea I always have in the fridge and one for water for our coffee and tea bar. The shape is great because it saves space on the counter or fridge. The size is also great because it is easy to lift. The lid and spout keep you're fridge drip and spill free. The main top clamps down to keep the contents secure within. The spout lid is attached and stays out of your way when pouring, unlike others I've tried that are an unbending tether that can't be made to move out of the way without another hand holding it back. This lid also screws down so you don't spill it when the pitcher is full and you're moving it in and out of the fridge. I like the clear color because you can easily see what is in the pitcher. The top that snaps on and off, the spout and cap and pitcher itself are all very easy to clean. I bought 2 pitchers. The other as I stated, is to keep on the counter near our coffee and tea bar for easy water filling. We keep it filled with water from our reverse osmosis system. The narrow profile makes it easy to tuck to the side to stay out of the way on the counter. The way it closes up completely, keeps outside contaminants out of the pitcher.Worth the price and I may be buying more! Also the shape makes it so much easier to store in the cupboard than round pitchers. Loved it so much I bought 2 more!

So this is the #1 most popular pitcher sold in all of Amazonia. Why didn’t I give it 5 stars?It’s very sturdy, well-made, seals tight as a drum and is easy to use. It fits on a fridge door.But. If you have any arthritis or pain in your hands, the handle isn’t comfortable or well-balanced. The handle is narrow, grooved and uncomfortable. The jug can require both hands to pour if it’s full. The gravity/tipping point is poor.If the handle was shaped more like a “C” instead of a “D” it would help a lot.Just an observation for those of us with painful hands.

This is the best gallon jug that I have ever owned. I love how the lid can be completely removed so I can fill it without spilling. I love how the spout opens easily and stays back with just a click to make it easy to pour. I love how easy it is to clean....I just love it!Oh, and I forgot to mention the sleek design uses so much less space in the refrigerator than my old round jug did!

I bought this to replace the old round Rubbermaid plastic pitcher I used to make iced tea. The old one started out clear but had turned a permanent brown from years of iced tea. This one is very sturdy, with a solid handle and it is narrow so it does not take up a huge portion of the bottom shelf of the fridge. So far, it has remained clear and not succumbed to tea stains. I brew the tea in the pitcher using a mixture of cool tap water and boiled water from an instant hot at the sink, and the plastic has withstood the heat so far.The lid is very secure as well -- it snaps on with enclosures on all four sides, so you can really fill liquid pretty much to the top of the pitcher. The lid covering the pour spout also has a nice feature that if you open it all the way until it clicks, then it will not fly back down while you pour from the pitcher. Be sure to screw the cap on all the way to prevent spills when the spout is closed.Definitely a solid choice for pitchers. Because of the snap-lock cover and waterproof gasket underneath, I suspect this would be a great pitcher if you had to pack it up full and bring drinks in for a pot-luck or something without spilling during the drive.
