I have been buying various brands of slim CD cases and these are the best that I have bought in quite awhile. They feel better made and slightly thicker than what is currently in the market. Will be buying these cases again.

I have constantly downloaded music for decades. I use these to inventory duplicates for remixing recordings and mashup mixes. Years ago my favorite ones were discontinued so I ran out and bought blocks of them before they were gone. After gone, I tried different ones and never found ones that held up from constant use. These are by far the best and may actually be that same design. I buy them 100 at a time and very pleased, again.

These cases were just what I needed to straighten out the collection of CD/DVDs I have. They are a little fragile, and require careful handling, but work well.

I buy a lot of CD cases, both the thin and the normal size ones.I made the mistake of buying from ANOTHER vendor here, and the cases were all useless. You open them up and they fall apart. I didn't get around to using them until it was too late to return them.These Maxtor cases are absolutely GREAT.I bought them numerous times and I've never had even one arrive damaged, nor one which breaks apart when opening!They even give you a customer service number to call if any of yours arrive in bad condition. (With about 10 orders, it's never happened to me!)I'm not paid nor given any compensation for this review, but I highly recommend Maxtor for all your CD case needs.I simply don't want anyone to experience what I did with my first purchase from that other vendor. The entire 50 were useless with that brand!

These are what they are, and do the job. But unlike some other makes of slimline cases these do not snap shut at all - the cover just lies over the tray. The tray still holds the disc securely, and the cover has tabs to hold a thin insert; but if you put loose slips of paper in there they could easily fall out. Thus I have to take one star off.

I bought these to repackage my music CD collection, formerly stored in binders, in an effort to resell at a used record store, only to find they do not accept CDS in these type of cases. Fine for your own home storage; there is room for a thin cover but not a thicker booklet-type cover.

First let me remark that the seller did everything to assure that the plastic fragile cases arrive without any damage to the point of adding the original carton into another bigger carton and adding bubble wrap in the space separating the cartons.BRAVO!!Jewel cd cases consist of 3 parts, the base the lid and the tray where the disc is hold, in some of the cases the tray is not easy to separate from the base which may cause some damage, this is not the seller's fault but the factory'smay be they are one and the sameIn any case I am happy with the product and will order again if I need more, the price also is reasonable and the package arrived on time as promised
