I was looking for something to get my Velaton GP200 off the floor and up with my laptop. With its multi levels and keyboard mouse slide out platform this is perfect. I can now sit and play my guitars in front of the desk while creating new patches, playing or writing. Went together with no issues.

I have a larger room for mixing/mastering which I try to keep very uncluttered, and a more cramped space for tracking and editing, and this desk is perfect for that space! I have a cheap midi controller (Nektar Impact LX 25+) that fits perfectly in the keyboard pullout shelf. I mounted it in reverse so it gives an extra couple of inches to protrude enough to use all of the pots at the top. I use a laptop on the main surface with plenty of space for external drives, interfaces, and USB hubs, and I have an additional 24" monitor on the top shelf with enough space left over for a couple of small flat response monitors.Assembly wasn't an issue, everything fit together nicely, and everything is sturdy. It might wobble slightly side to side but only if you are really making dramatic movements or getting too wild with your mouse (hey calm down!). Overall, well worth the money!

The screw holes did not match (by a long shot) on the main frame, rendering it impossible to put together properly. Returned it immediately. This was a used item, so maybe it was a defective unit. If so, it should not have been re-sold. Take your chances, but generally not recommended.

It was easy to assemble and looks great. Everything is a the right height and distance, so it is well designed for general ergonomics.It fit my 49 key Code 49 (which is the ultimate composer midiboard btw) perfectly.The keyboard tray slides in and out well.BUT as said- once the computer keyboard is there there simply isn’t any space for a mouse and DAW work is mouse work. To the point I could do a symphony with just a mouse.So I have to put the keyboard sideways to give room for a mouse.There may be other solutions I’m just happy to not be doing string quartets sitting on the floor!!!Excellent value! I was impressed, good packaging looks great and other than one thing is perfect as a DAW station. It doesn’t look or feel cheap.Also, it comes with a very nice screwdriver for setup which I’ve kept as it has a great grip and size.
