Running very cool temps and I do believe this board to be a big part of that. It seems to disperse heat very well. Gaming with a 9700X on 105w mode I have not seen my CPU temp go over 62°C. Using a cheap 6 heat pipe horizontally mounted radiator CPU cooler with 120mm Noctua. It's been plug and play, every easy to flash but find the YouTube videos that discuss proper USB formatted drives, notably FAT32 with MBH partitions. You MUST have another working computer to flash the BIOS prior to first system boot if building new using a 9000 series AMD CPU.BIOS is extremely easy to use and with F7 will switch between easy mode or advanced mode. One click overclocking for CPU and RAM, AMD SAM was already enabled and ready to go. No bloatware except a single bottom corner Norton security pop up when powering on the system each time but I believe that is from MSI Afterburner software if you refuse it when downloading. Otherwise just don't get MSI Afterburner and you won't get the pop up. Norton security is nowhere else to be found thankfully.WIFI does not work when first time booting, must use Ethernet cable, and download wifi driver later. Of which the antenna works really well and 16 feet from my router through two walls I am only seeing a 60mbs drop in speed, getting 240 out of 300mb/s.This thing is quite large so do be sure to check your case dimensions.Comes with NVME thermal plates with built in pads on top and bottom of NVME and the bottom plate cannot be removed so third party NVME heat sink cannot be used. But with this built in top and bottom I don't see the need for additional cooling as what's there seems to be sufficient. However if you get a thicker NVME with a built in heatsink/graphene strip, at just 4mm it's nearly too thick to mount it between both thermal pads with heat sink plates. They really need to fix this on this board but not a deal breaker....unless you got a thick NVME of course like a SAMSUNG EVO or BLACK. My HP 4TB NVME has a graphene thermal tape strip on it and it was difficult to sandwich in there.Overall highly pleased, board is overbuilt making it solid, cool running, and you don't have to worry about pulling too much power or power limitations.

For over fifteen years I have been loyal to Asus motherboards and add-ons, but their current offerings are overpriced and did not get good reviews. So I took a chance on this X670E Gaming Plus WiFi motherboard and I couldn't be happier. It is a nice looking product with plenty of M2 ports. So far my onboard temps are good but I do not use it for gaming. Initially I used the onboard video and it worked great for me. When I added a Radeon video card it was entirely plug and play. The board is sturdy enough to hold my three fan video card with no problem. My initial Windows 11 install from USB was quick and easy. There are enough fan headers for me. There are two ARGB headers and two RGB headers which was plenty for me. I have not had much success in changing the default ARGB settings , but I have not spent much time as the default setting is fine for now. As I said, the board looks good but the Peerless Phantom Spirit 120SE CPU cooler is so large it obscures the view of the MSI dragon and the LED lighting of my two RAM sticks. The only negative I can now think of is the limited number of SATA ports. There are only four SATA ports but that was enough since my case would not accommodate a DVD drive and I was able to replace SATA drives with M2. But a couple more SATA ports would have been nice.Overall I am very happy with this motherboard build and I am glad I found a lower priced full featured alternative to Asus.

I recently had the opportunity to try out the MSI X670E Gaming Plus WiFi motherboard, and I must say, I'm impressed. As a gamer and a content creator, I need a motherboard that can handle demanding tasks, and this board delivers. The MSI X670E Gaming Plus WiFi motherboard has a sleek and modern design, with a black and silver color scheme that looks great in any build. I used it for my custom white build and it is stunning. The board feels solid and well-built, with a thick PCB and high-quality components. This motherboard is designed to support AMD's Ryzen 7000 series processors, and it does so with ease. I paired the board with a Ryzen 7 7800X3D processor, and it handled everything I threw at it, from gaming to video editing. It has a wide range of features that gamers and content creators will appreciate. These include Wi-Fi 6E, USB 3.2 Gen 2x2, and high-quality audio capacitors. Also it is priced competitively, especially considering its features and performance. Overall, I'm very impressed with the MSI X670E Gaming Plus WiFi motherboard. It offers great performance, a wide range of features, and a solid build quality. If you're in the market for a new motherboard to support your AMD Ryzen 7000 series processor, this is definitely worth considering. I highly recommend this motherboard to anyone looking for a high-quality motherboard.

This Mobo works great but do yourself a favor and flash the bios before installing in the case. The instructions don’t say it but in my experience with Ryzen 9 7900x we had to use the flash bios to update the board.YouTube has some good videos on how to do this but if you do it in the case with everything installed it may not work. Especially with the cpu in.There’s a red LED behind the bios button that flashes when you’re updating it and the instructions don’t say anything about it.Tips- use flashdrive with 32g/update bios before installing ram and cpu outside of the case.If you do do it in the case make sure the pc is off when you hit the bios button!!!!!! It will turn itself on when it starts and off when it’s done. Also hit del upon startup not f6 or f11Ryzen 9 7900xPowercolor RTX hellhound 7900GRECorsair Vengeance 2x16 6000mT Force SSDCORSAIR 850 PSU
