I do love these strips and how they show a vibrant reading. I do not so care for the silicon cup that comes with it. I feel that is very small and I fill it up and overflowing within a second if you are not very careful and paying attention. It seems to get messy very quickly.

I got this to, of course, to help predict ovulation/know when it happens. I liked that it came with a little cup for the urine. I don't know why, because that is a small cup to aim for haha. If you have control, it's a great little cup and very helpful. If you don't have control, definitely find something bigger to catch the urine. Otherwise, the strips work great. It's very easy to use. The instructions are clear. It is a helpful kit to help you track your cycle/ovulation.

My wife uses these and they seem to be very accurate. Her endocrinologist used the data they presented to determine my wife’s cycle. Accurately predicts the hormone spike.

Tried to time sex with the apple fertility tracker, unsuccessful for 6 months. Used the ovulation tests and found that I ovulated two days after apple predicted. Made sure to have sex on the day with rising levels and peak levels, drumrole… pregnant in the first testing cycle.
