Unfortunately too soft for me. I use much harder stuff than this, and I can't get a lot out of it. Nothing bad, but leaves me wanting more almost immediately.

Sadly this did nothing for me. It was super uncomfortable and the part where your neck should be isn't tall enough due to the long piece that goes down ur back. I find much more relief from a simple Neck and Shoulder Relaxer (like dr ritters or RESTCLOUD)

I have been experiencing migraines since I was eight years old, accompanied by significant tension and knots that can lead to excruciating pain when I turn my head and sometimes even when I breathe. Over the years, I have invested in a variety of neck relief devices, such as foam massage rollers, neck cradles, handheld gadgets, electronic massagers, massage guns, and back stretching tools. While some of these have provided relief, using a massage gun solo presents challenges, and foam rollers require balancing my body weight to be effective. Additionally, other devices can only target one knot at a time, necessitating constant adjustment. To alleviate the intense discomfort typically located around the sides of my neck, between my shoulder blades, down my spine, and at the base of my head, I've often turned to tennis balls, even using them while driving. However, this new device is effortless to use. I've tried it on various surfaces, including the floor, couch, bed, and even setting it up against my pillow. The instant I first used it, I felt an immediate relaxation as it managed to reach every knot without requiring excessive movement or adjustments like other devices. The pressure it delivers is just right—effective yet soft enough to be painless. It also produces a massage-like effect when lifting my arms overhead or extending them to the side. The neck support is exceptionally comfortable, although I'd prefer if the headpiece had additional raised nodes to target specific pressure points during severe migraines. Typically, when my migraines are that intense, medication is my only relief. Nevertheless, I wholeheartedly recommend this device to anyone seeking a comfortable, convenient, and effective solution to manage chronic back and neck pain, tension, and knots from the comfort of home. I've even encouraged my family members to purchase one because I genuinely adore it. I don’t usually compose such lengthy reviews, but I hope this insight can assist others who might be facing similar issues.

I’ve been dealing with neck and shoulder tension for a while, and the Fanlecy Neck and Shoulder Relaxer has been a game changer. It’s simple to use but highly effective. After just 10 minutes a day, I feel a noticeable release of pressure and a sense of relaxation in my upper back and neck. The massage points are perfectly placed to target those stubborn tension areas, and the gentle cervical traction helps improve posture and alignment over time. It’s a great way to unwind after a long day at work or relieve stiffness from sitting too much. The material is comfortable yet firm enough to provide support, and the design is portable, making it easy to use at home or take with me when I travel. If you’re looking for an affordable, non-invasive solution to neck pain or poor posture, this device is definitely worth it. Highly recommend!

I have had a lifetime of neck and upper back pain from a horse accident/whiplash. I was unable to use my arms for any length of time as my back would start to throb. I used this traction device for two days and could bake and cook all morning without pain. When I took a break, I would sit in my chair, use the traction device for 5 minutes, and back to work. Thank you!

At nearly $40 dollars, and the split reviews, this was one of the biggest gambles I've made on a purchase so far this year- but I am glad I did.I have both Osteo and Rheumatoid arthritis, spinal stenosis, cervical spondylosis, bone spurs, Fibromyalgia, Hypermobile EDS, as well as polyneuropathy - which all play into my neck and back pains/strains and spasms. I have a near-constant pain in my rhomboid muscle (just between my shoulder blade and spine) that I can never get rid of (despite my SO never giving up on trying to rub it out) & the first time I used this traction mat, I was able to apply the right pressure to the right spot, WHILE aligning my neck and back.I place a padded yoga mat, at the foot of my chase lounger, with a low back/lumbar pillow on the yoga mat. Sit on the floor and place my feet up (elevated) onto the lounger, hold this traction mat in place behind my neck, and slowly lean back until I'm laying flat over the lumbar pillow with the traction mat aligned correctly along my upper back, spine and neck. After a minute or so of letting my muscles "settle" around the massage nodules, I hold my palms face up, at shoulder height and "wax-on, wax-off" slow circles, to gently need the rhombus and trapezius muscled (a stretch shown to me by my masseuse). Then slowly, fully extend my arms out laterally, bring my right arm all the way to the left side, then back. Repeat with the left arm. Then cross both arms over my chest and slowly til my shoulders forward. back and side to side. A stretch shown to me by my chiropractor. This also helped me greatly in preventing an ocular migraine. I get severe, recurring and utterly debilitating ocular migraines that no medication has been able to help with (& I've tried them all, even up to Botox for migraines). I had one start up a few days after getting this traction mat, laid it out, and rubbed the "knots" on the back of my head all over the massage nodules, back and forth over and over for what I can only honestly refer to as the best migraine relief I have yet to find. It allowed me to be pain-free enough to fall asleep and hide from the remnants of the migraine- thus escaping the light/sound sensitivity that would have inevitably followed.Would definitely recommend. One of the best-buys I've made this year. Thank you for such a simple. yet amazingly effective product.
