It is for a male and although it said male or female it doesn't really fit. There should be a way to adjust the part that fits under the chin. Men and women are sized differently.

It is very ergonomically designed and very comfortable to use. It effectively relieves the pressure on my neck. I used to have neck pain due to long hours of working with my head down. After trying it a few times, I could clearly feel the pain reduced and my range of motion was improved. It is definitely worth recommending.

I usually sit in the office for a long time, and my neck is often stiff and even a little painful. I started using this traction device last week, and I feel that the pressure on my shoulders and neck has been greatly reduced after using it for 10-15 minutes each time. Now I use it every day, especially after a long day at work, and I am really satisfied!

Didn’t work for me. Couldn’t adjust it to where the plastic didn’t dig into my shoulders and clavicle. Good idea but a cheap version with not near enough padding. More painful than the neck condition that this was supposed to relieve.
