I purchased this chart holder for my kindergarten classroom. On the plus side, assembly was fairly easy, once I corrected a bend in one of the pieces that arrived damaged. However unfortunately, after assembly and not even using it yet, it’s proving to be unstable. The adjustable height piece let loose without even being touched or jostled, sending the inner rod down inside the outer one, and left the top bracket hanging without any support. Until I can tip the whole unit over, I’ve had to tape it together. For the price I paid, I’m really disappointed in the quality.

I ordered this Dec 2016 and I'm just putting it together. I have it all together and the 4 caster sockets are suppose to fit into the open ends of the end brackets (instructions say caster sockets must be fully inserted and flush with the ends of the brackets) the caster sockets are to big for the open end so they do not fit in there fully so the rolling casters do not stay on the ends. The rolling casters fit inside the caster sockets fine, but they do not stay on the stand because the caster sockets do not fit in the open end of the end brackets. Without the rolling casters the stand does not stand up evenly and is very wobbly. I'm very disappointed with this purchase and hope the company can send me 4 caster sockets THAT FIT THE END BRACKETS and new 2 rolling casters and 2 locking casters (because they will not come out of the caster sockets) so we can use the stand.
