This will remove the visible stain from some cat wizz, but it still has a weird lingering smell. Not quite cat wizz and not quite this stuff. I was happy it arrived intact/not leaking and this large quantity will go a long way ands get lots of future use. Now I need something to remove a cat....

I have been using Folex for years...probably close to 20 if I had to guess. I first came across it when I was at a big box hardware store looking for something to spot clean the carpets before I moved out of the place I was renting. I didn't have the funds at the time to rent a huge steam cleaner and, secondly, there were just a few dirty spots that needed to be cleaned. This was super reasonable and seemed like it was too good to be true, but I purchased it and crossed my fingers. It really felt like a miracle in a bottle.The directions are super easy. Spray the spots that need attention and agitate them to loosen up the stains or dirt and then blot with the cloth. I used a handled cleaning brush that I picked up at the dollar store to agitate the spots. The solution is gentle enough that I didn't use gloves and had no issue. And there are no noxious odors.In our house, there is a carpeted step that leads from one room to another that is really hard to clean and, what's worse, a small strip of carpet that is impossible to vacuum. I took a before and after photo and, honestly, am too embarrassed to post it here for fear of public shaming. But, rest assured, the difference was night and day; this stuff is like magic, with very little effort.

I have used this product in the past and it works great; however, the small spray bottle that was sent along with the gallon ended up opening or wasn’t completely sealed in the box and all but a few ounces leaked and saturated the shipping box and the box that it sat on top of as well.
