We have been so many pumice stones and they are all too soft and aren’t worth a darn. But this one is nice and hard and scrapes away everything it needs to. Thanks.

Does not remove stains at all from the pool. Purchased based on images and it does nothing of the kind. Do not believe the pictures, as based on my experience, they are photoshopped.

Although the ad focuses on it'd ability to remove leaf and rust stains, it does not remove either of these. Disappointing

It sort of works but very small surface area. Not ideal for a deep pool using on the end of a pole unless you can hold your breath for several minutes at the bottom to scrub it by hand

Tried it because it stated it would remove rust stains from the pool floor but when I scrubbed the floor with it nothing came off. Didn't work

I bought this to try to clean a brownish stain off our pool tiles. I used it very lightly, as I was concerned it could scratch. just as well I did, because when I stepped back and viewed the tiles in the sunlight, I can see parallel scratch marks on the tiles I test it on. I've tried buffing with a softer brush (going in the other direction) but the scratches are not budging. Definitely wouldn't recommend!

I had leaves that for some reason this spring that left iron-like stains in a gunnite pool bottom m. I’d thought about using Ascorbic acid but tried this first.I attached the pumice bit to a pole and got to work. The cleaner required scraping but since the stain was within a calcified layer, a vigorous scrub worked with no damage. I took a second go after the first round by scrubbing in the pool vs from outside, still using the pole. I got all the stains out so you don’t notice. It’s left a cleaner patch where I scrubbed but that will even out in time. Very happy. This will wear town with use but I expect to get 2-3 seasons of stain scrubbing out of it.Took about 2-3 mins per leaf stain of scrubbing in one direction with the flat edge. It removed a small black spot that I thought was a mold stain too. Great!

Easily attached to existing pool brush handle. It removed rust spots well; however, for larger stained areas, it didn't work as well, although I spent considerable time scrubbing. The pumice stone is small and might remove larger stains if the stones were larger.

If you don’t enjoy looking at hard water crust on your tiled pool this pumice stone stick might be just what you need. After going through 4 pumice bricks and cleaning less than 10’ of tile, I bought this stick. It lasted the rest of the 90 or so feet (15k gal pool and attached jacuzzi) and can still do more. However, be aware that if you press too hard, you can leave scratches on the tile, as I discovered. Best to use light pressure and take your time.

This tool works and does not damage the pool surface. It takes a little effort to get the first scrapes going but after that just apply pressure and keep scraping until the spot is gone. I had 22 rust spots caused by rusted screw debris falling in the pool after pressure washing pool cage. I didn't see them until a week later. Dry acid did not work so tried this tool. Fits into pool brush pole. The stone wears down quickly but I removed 15 spots before using a new tool. The spots were 1/8" to 3/8" long. Takes patience.
