First off, I love that this is a bright orange color - easy to find in an emergency. It has lots of room for key storage, and it feels pretty sturdy. One thing I find off-putting is the feel of the outer orange material: it has an almost sticky surface feeling. I suppose that is what makes it "fire proof" - it just has an icky tactile feel to it for me. As for waterproof, I'm sure that is true on the surface, but the zipper closure doesn't close all the way; there is quite a gap that would allow water inside. My review is that I wouldn't recommend this as a safeguard. I might use it instead as a pencil case. ;^)

As a real estate investor this is an amazing product to keep my keys organized and safe! It has great label system and hooks everything in place!

Purchased for my condo building. I am in charge of keys on a seasonal basis and the box that I was given was a metal box with little looks. If you laid the box on its side all the keys fell off. I purchased this and organized the keys by unit number. I can open in any position, stand the notebook up and all the keys fall into place so I can see unit numbers. PLUS it is lightweight, waterproof, fireproof. The material is sturdy and construction excellent. Highly recommend it and the producer, Fire Safe Bags.

We operate around 60 rental homes. This is exactly what we needed to keep our keys organized and accounted for. We can go to a property and never have a "oh no, who has the key?!" moment. This thing takes a beating being passed around from leasing agent to handyman and back and forth and has held up with no issues. The keys are easy to label and the hooks can hold multiple key rings. The cover has quite a bit of flex to it so it still zips closed even when one property has a ridiculous amount of keys and makes a "bulge" in the cover. I'm glad I found this product and will definitely order another when we have enough properties to run out of space in this one

I needed a safe portable key holder. This product came with key rings and name tags that allows me to quickly and easily transfer all the keys arranging them in order.

My father passed away recently and one of the biggest hassles we had was figuring out what all of the keys he left behind went to. He had three cars, multiple storage lockers, and many many toolboxes as well as multiple copies of house and garage keys. We still haven't sorted through most of them. This organizer fixes all that. Now granted it will take some work to identify all those keys right down what they are and get them in to this nice storage wallet but once you do you can tell someone go get the blue key tag that says Garage on them from the orange wallet in the drawer below the phone and they will come back with the right key! The only thing I didn't like was the covering. I don't know what word to use to describe it other than sticky. It's not that it leaves residue on your hands or clothing but it will not slide on anything, and I mean anything. That could be a good feature or a bad feature depending on how you look at it. I have started adding keys to mine because it would be a big job to do them all at once but when I'm done I'll have the best organized keys in the family!
