The mouse design and shape is very comfortable and easy to use. It is lightweight and connectivity is great. Works very well! One minor improvement recommended - The USB receiver holder is open (see picture) and chances of it getting lost becomes higher if not properly inserted back. I will recommend the company to make is enclosed in a way that the USB reciver can not be lost. I ensure to clip it back but i have seen other options were the reciver is enclosed in a compartment for better storage.

I mainly use my computer for school (email, internet, Word/PowerPoint, etc) and this mouse is great for it. I have used a Logitech roller/ball style mouse (photo) for the last decade or so, but I wanted a change and I like this much more.I wear L/XL gloves and the mouse is a good size for me. Haven't noticed any issues with my pinkie or palm dragging, but I mainly just move my wrist and fingers.I was looking at other brands in the $80+ range and I'm glad I bought this one instead. On the other end of the spectrum, I have a cheaper mouse (photo) that is the same verticle/ergonomic style and I don't like it. So I would choose this mouse over the $9-$12 options on amazon.Pros: one of my favorite features is that it's rechargable and you can use it while charging (so if the mouse dies while you're working you don't have to wait for it to charge). I never turn it off and the battey lasts more than a week but I don't know the exact number of days. It's comfortable and responsive, Bluetooth stays connected. There is a button to cycle through 3 or 4 sensitivity (dpi) options. Has the option to use the included USB dongle instead of Bluetooth.Cons: don't really have any. I don't game or do any photo editing/art stuff, so I don't know how it would work for that.

Perfect shape, light weight, comfortable in the hand, buttons well placed, quiet and responsive. The surface has a slightly soft matte finish giving the right amount of grip but having a smooth, tactile feel. It feels like my hand does not have to move this mouse as much as a conventional mouse; the ergonomic hand orientation gives a sensation sort of like holding a really big pencil - I can engage my fingers/fingertips more for precise movement compared to a standard mouse. I did not have any discomfort or learning curve at all. If you have large hands, be sure to look at ProtoArc's hand size measurement guide, as this mouse is sized for small to medium hands. There is no lag when using either Bluetooth or the wireless USB mini receiver (I'm using on a Windows 11 PC). All the buttons and scroll wheel function as designed. The mouse has forward and back buttons on the thumb side for navigating webpage history; the dpi selector is on top so you can change cursor speed very easily with your index finger while using the mouse. It came with its own USB charging cable; the device was charged out of the box but I found the charging function also works as intended. The box it came in was substantial like a new smartphone would come in - very professional. This wireless mouse is well designed, performs wonderfully, and is very reasonably priced. I would recommend this even if you aren't specifically looking for an ergonomic option.

Purchased this for $23 ($28.99 - $6.00 coupon) and have been using this one only ~a week.So far, so good. It's comfortable to the touch. It's comfortable to my hand size (comparable to Logitech Vertical MX, which this is replacing for me).The USB received works well. I have yet to test it's BT connectivity.DPI switcher is a good position, comfortable to reach, but will not be accidentally clicked. The fwd/back buttons are located well, although I don't use these much. While the fwd/back clicking sound is more like a traditional mouse, the left/right mouse clicks are very silent, I like it.So far, everything they put on the item description matches, including the color.A very pleasant surprise was to discover the mouse comes with a 2 years warranty, which isn't mentioned on the item description page. (see attached) That places it above logitech for a fraction of the price.I've actually purchased another one, as the one in my travel back needs replacement as well, and the warranty makes it very promising. If this mouse lasts more than a year, the rating will go to 5 stars. What I'm basing my review on:========================I've been using vertical mice since 2021. At first, it took some time to get used to. The biggest hurdle is its height, when moving your hand from keyboard to mouse, the muscle memory from a regular mouse caused my hand to bump against the top of the vertical mouse. After getting used to it, though, vertical mice are my preference. It's more comfortable. Don't get me wrong - it's not by a large margin, but meaningful enough to notice. The one from 2021 has been working well for over 4 years, it cost me back then ~$20.A bit over a year ago, in January 2023, I got a Logitech MX Vertical - what a mistake that was. While the MX had the best shape of these vertical mice I've tried, the left-click button introduced a "phantom double click" after ~a year making drag-n-drop operations a nightmare - apparently it's such a common occurrence, there is a fixit page on how to replace the electronic component - it's not easy.Luckily I bought it refurbished for "only" $80 and not it's full price. Talk about a waste of money.I hope I won't need to test ProtoArc's 2-year warranty, but I'm sure glad they trust their product enough to provide it.
