These pulls work, but they don't quite fit on my Mikolo Rack. If you put anything heavier than 65lbs. on them, they drag and screws try to back themselves out. The Smith function seems to do ok, but the individual pulleys struggle a bit. In hindsight, I should have just bought a better rack with built in front pulleys.

I like the idea of this product. But it doesn’t roll very smooth over my power Rack. So it makes it difficult to work with. Instructions are bad. One of the C clamp was bent so it was hard to get the steal bar that the weights slide on to, too fit properly. The whole thing needs some reengineering to work. I would not recommend this product right now.

This VS SYL VS VTS?For the price, it’s okay. The directions are unclear, but it’s pretty self explanatory. I have the Fitness Reality 810XLT V1 rack (2x2). I only use it as a smith machine.I don’t fear for my life using it (but I have a few spotters set up), but I do have some safety concerns. I don’t even mind that it’s not smooth, but the bar will move left and right. There’s been multiple times (squatting and shoulder press) where it’s moves ever so slightly and I am fighting to move the bar horizontally to rack the bar. They provide screws and these rubber things, but if you tighten the screws then it would be hard to unrack the bar.Sometimes (7/10 times) after I rerack the bar, it *clink*. I am not sure if it’s because it shifts down the spotters slightly or what. The screws that hold the latch pins, will loosen VERY easily, which is why it is important to have spotters.I would also use a barbell you don’t care about since it’s mostly medal on medal. I also see in the future of needing to replace the screws and such from overuse/them being stuck from the Allen wrench grinding too much. The 45lb barbell I use is a hard to move up and down compared to a normal smith machine (which usually weighs 25lb), so be aware of that.RDLs were hard for me to perform by unracking vs starting from the bottom position.Edit: I added noodles, I am looking for a more permanent solution with a pipe, but for now this is working fairly well. I added “stoppers” at the end of the barbell outside of the trolley’s to prevent left and right movement.

does not fit standard 2 inch rack without a lot of forcing. Even the , the fit is poor and does not roll smoothly. Do not waste your money on this product.

It ain't bad, instructions are non existent, very basic drawings. It's not rocket science but, it'd be nice to have a little more guidance. Overall it does what it's supposed to do, Safety wise.

It fits my 3x3 rack. No scratches on my rack, and it has a smooth glide. The directions are not super descriptive, but I think the reason that some people are have problems is because they a fully tightened the screws, thus not giving the rollers room to flex. If you do that, it's not going to fit.I'm not a fan of the locking mechanism. However, this is the best alternative to the VTS. Like the VTS, it fits all Barbells from 28mm to 50mm. So if you have specialty bars, they will fit no problem. During my research, SYL doesn't do that; it ranges from 28mm to 32mm, which isn't bad, and they are very versatile. However, I don't like being limited. I would say these are VTS's biggest competitors. The truth is, VTS's only saving grace is that hook. However, you can always go to a metal smith/worker who is good at their craft and have them commission something for you. It's not really a copyright infringement, especially since those hooks already exist on standard Smith machinesGoing to research to find a 360 bolt that will keep flesh just enough and allow me to slip my bars out easier.

This is a decent, basic pulley system for a rack if you don't want to DIY one yourself. The components are of decent quality, and the truck part of the system is pretty well made. There is some protection for your rack but I plan to add some other padding to tighten up the tolerances on my rack and also to make sure there is no metal to metal contact. It is fairly easy to assemble, but it interferes a bit with the holes and other attachments for your rack, so if you use this, you need to keep it on your rack. It is a bit cumbersome to take it on and off in between different workouts.Overall, it is good, and you just need to be sure you are OK with tying up two posts of your rack with the device.I recommend it, though.
