The refill for PURELL CS6 Touch-Free Hand dispenser, is great for places like hospitals and offices where lots of people need to wash their hands. It's gentle and effective, but the price is way too high for home use. The big refill size is perfect for businesses but overkill for personal use. While it does the job well, the cost and large quantity just don't make sense for smaller needs. It's a solid product, but only if you're buying for a large crowd. only makes sense if pack of 2 was less than $35

My husband has leukemia so I purchased this item so that anyone entering the house would clean their hands before they came in contact with him. The items arrived with no assembly directions and no hardware. It was purchased on Amazon directly from the Purell store. It seemed enough to put together but it will not work. Given the Christmas holidays and the about of visitors and family my husband will come in contact with I need this up and running ASAP. As a nurse of 40 years, trusted the Purell name but am not so sure right now. Ty for your speedy resolution.

I put off buying the refill for quite a while because I wasn’t sure how to change the battery. When I found out that each refill comes with it’s own new battery I could not order it fast enough. Price seems a little high, but I just love the “no touch” dispensing and a refill lasts a very long time for just my wife and I. Perfect dab of foamy soap every time. Totally satisfied with this purchase.

We ordered this because our dispenser says to order CS6 refills. Well it did not fit. So frustrating.

We order these along with new CS6 hand sanitizers and either the refills are incorrect or the hand sanitizers are mislabeled. Both claim to be CS6 but installing the sanitizer refills we noticed that the notch that is supposed to match up with the dispenser was inverted and not allowing us to install the refill. We were able to use them, HOWEVER, it required extensive modification and the proper tools.
