I would give 0 if I could. Not sure if I just got a lemon, but I cannot program any of the features. Took me 10 minutes to get scan card to save and tried to use it the next day and was told it was invalid. Same with finger scan. Lock code never worked once either. Can only lock/unlock from app on my phone or key. I purchased this particular lock because of the multiple options it has, too bad none of them work.

Easy to install and so far I have had no problems with the product. The door knob was installed on a door inside the house.

Love the lock. Easy to install and program. Tried to use rechargeable batteries but it was displaying 75% or less on fully charged batteries. I tried multiple batteries. Switched to alkaline batteries and displaying 100% for over a month now. I like the fact that you can open with keypad, phone, keycards, fingerprint and keys.

La serratura lavora bene, materile orobusto, i sensori funzionano perfettamente. L'impronta riconosciuta sempre alla prima. Bisogna scaricare l'app per configurarla e gestirla (tempi di lock, voice, impronte, etc).L'unico problema è l'adattamwnrto alle porte se si vuole usarla in sostituzione di una altra serratura. Da appassionato del fai da te (e un po' di coraggio) sono riuscito ad adattarla perfettamente ad una porta con serratura esistente (è stato necessario forare entrambi i lati coassialmente al perno della maniglia, e forare la serratura esistente in due punti per far passare i perni di avvitamento delle due parti che compongono questo dispositivo). In poche parole; occorre lavorarci un po' per adattarla. Molto soddisfatto comunque (del rultato e del funzionamento).

artikel passt für 99,9% der haus/aussentüren in österreich nicht !!!1. muss man ein ca. 5 cm grosses loch bohren (!!!), um den kit montieren zu können.2. nicht geeignet für sicherheitstüren.3. artikel nur für "papier"türeblätter verwendbar, auch der 4-kant ist dadurch viel zu kurz. meine türe ist ca. 8 cm stark...4. die verriegelungsteil, der in die falle einrasten soll, hat mit meinen hier absolut nichts gemeinsam.5. der "not-sperrzylinder" (falls es mal nicht funktionieren sollte), dazu noch eine eigene bauart, ist mit jeder büroklammer zu öffnen - das stellt das ganze zugangssystem in frage.6. lernt ihr händler endlich mal, eine ordentliche beschreibung für eure artikel einzustellen, bevor man den artikel kauft. erspart sinnloses hin und her schicken.

Great value for money, well packaged and comes with all the necessary hardware for install on different thickness doors. All bags are labelled so installation is super easy. It is somewhat light duty as compared to my Lockwood door lock but for the money I am super happy. You will need to download TTLock App rather then Olumat Home which is what is recommended by instructions provided but this app is easy to use and configure the lock. It also provides you with a low battery warning via the app.
