Liked the fact it came pre-assembled, made it easier to hook up. Hose length work well for us. Used a couple of times and no complaints so far.

Make sure this is what you need. This adjustable regulator constantly caused flare up on my fire table. It had to be adjusted every time it was used. I switched to a normal non adjustable low pressure regulator and solved the problem

This product comes preassembled, as you see in the photo.In my case… it came with the air intake valve installed backwards. The arrow needs to go in the direction of gas flow (as in the photos), but mine came set up the other way, which I did not catch.So on first use, flames exploded out from the underside of the burner because the backwards valve leaks gas instead of taking in air. Thank goodness nothing caught fire around it and I was far enough away to avoid injury, and I managed to turn off the gas quickly. It was terrifying.Once I looked over the connections and compared with the manual, I saw the problem and reversed the valve. Now it works correctly.SO even though it comes preassembled, CHECK EVERY CONNECTION before using!****UPDATE**** Stanbroil reached out to me to apologize and ask for more detail on the manufacturing lot # so they could research further. As a result I changed rating from one star to three, but still urge buyers to check that air intake valve before hooking it up!

This thing puts out some serious gas. I use it on low and it’s more than enough to produce a good flame on my diy fire table (14x36 insert). If you put it on full blast, flame is easily 1.5 feet high.If your fire table insert says 150k btu I suggest going with a smaller regulator set up. Would buy again if I had to but would go with a slightly lower btu rating.I really like the key valves

I made a wisky barrel fire place and used this. Its been great so far been using for the last two months with the kids and they love it.

Seems like a decent setup but it is missing the coupler to connect to the burner. This was annoying to find out.

Good product pictures showed a metal flex hose not what was delivered. Had to make adjustments to design of fire pit but works well. Connected to a 18 in round burner on high can melt the windows 10 feet away. Glad I don't like cold and love the outdoors. This winter will be nice on the patio.
