I have a bunch of Tops knives for one reason I can’t destroy them. They have passed test after test and with a little oil and sharpening they are good to go. It’s a solid knife in your hands that is ready to do damage.

An overbuilt kerambit for those of us with bigger hands. Thick and heavy, will leave one hell of a pop-knot in nonlethal applications. I removed the straps and used an ulticlip, better for my carry preferences. Despite its size and weight, it’s still a fast cutter. Knife and handle geometry is very good.

This is a great knife. The handle feels amazing in hand with great texture. The kydex sheath fit and finish is excellent. It's the goldilocks knife for me. Not to big and not to small. Tops is top notch! I do recommend this knife.

Absolutely love this knife. I've looked around for a good edc fixed played knife and always went back to look at this one. I absolutely love it. I've never had the knife fall out because the sheath is so secure. I find the sheath to be very versatile since you can change the side of the loops. It's decently sharp on arrival. And I did not know, but TOPS put in a little card telling you that you can mail it to them at anytime for them to put a new factory edge on the knife. Just include return shipping cost

This knife is very well-made and looks mean. It is exceptional for camping/hiking and self-defense. The CUT is my go-to GSD knife when I'm heading outdoors or demonstrating knife-techniques (on non-living targets) for my karate students. Sadly, it doesn't make the best EDC for me. I'm a heavier dude with a gut, so wearing it on my belt can be uncomfortable at my 9-5. I wish there was an efficient way to carry it concealed on my lower back; like the TDI. It makes short work of any task, but delicate folks get startled when I unsheathe it.

This is my first TOPS knife but I will be acquiring many more. I have many knives from higher end suppliers but this thing is a beast. Yes, it's very sharp and yes it's ergonomic, has cool micarta handles, has nice hand feel, blah blah blah. What you don't grasp until you hold it is how massive this thing is. I read other reviews saying the same thing but, once you hold it in your hand... I have chisels that aren't this thick or sturdy.Nice weapon TOPS and thanks for over-building. I have found my first indestructible blade.

If you value the karambit style knife, you should love this one. I own about a half dozen, and this one has the best feel in the hand of any I own. The drop point makes it actually useful. The black handle was what pushed my purchase over the top, the tan is nice but I prefer the dark, more subdued colour. It's quite a big knife for an EDC, but am enjoying carrying it everyday. I truly prize this design. Kudos to Tops on producing this model.

I was looking for a new fixed blade knife for EDC concealed and open carry (I live in Florida and laws vary by state - check yours!) I researched many different blades and styles, and price ranges. For something that I may bet my life on between $100 and $200 is worth it.I like the slightly curved handle, and especially like the drawing of the knife into a Forward Grip or Reverse Grip from EDU. The sheath allows for various style of carrying. The blade and handle appear to be very well made. One of the deciding factors for this knife was the particular hardness of steel, 1095HC steel, that the blade is. It is not so hard to be brittle and hard to sharpen, and it's not too soft to nick, bend or dull quickly either. It is right in the middle of those things and allows the holding of an edge yet will work on harder cutting things. The blade will penetrate when needed and slash/cut also if held correctly and used correctly.I have now worn it for a couple of weeks and it is comfortable and easy to carry. And I worked with it for a few days (practiced drawing and slashing/ stabbing techniques before I carried it. I really like it and will post an update if that changes or I discover anything either outstanding or negative I have not seen yet.
