this is a good product but it should be used with a proper landmine anchor for your bar. the handles can come loose and spin easily but this is easily remedied by securing the screws.

I like that when you attach this to the barbell and adjust the grip to the barbell it stays in place and you don't have to readjust after each set. This is a great item to add to your arsenal of equipment to your home gym.

A very simple but useful attachment. Before this, I didn't this type of product exist. I tried it on my bar and it works fine. But I mainly use it for the cable and it is very good quality. I wasn't able to do the pulldown before as I only had the string, now I can do the pulldown with this. It can move 360, so when I pull, I can pull a bit closer to my body. This ia simple but good quality product.

If you tighten the screws, it's not easy to work with. If you don't tighten the screws they gets looser with every movement. It works, but not excited about it.

The bolts walk every time the grip is articulated; there are no bushings or washers to smooth the action; the surfaces that slide over one another are powder-coated and do not glide; tha handles are of the same length so that the holes holding the bolts are non-concentric; the tolerances on the holes are too large and the fit is therefore sloppy.I have added washers and applied threadlocker in an attempt to make this usable, but in general: this is not usable out of the box and it is certainly not worth what I paid for it. It was obviously not tested during development and simply should not be on the market.

Only used this for T-bar rows so far, but comfortable in use with superior grip - what drew me to this handle was the versatilty that it offers so this can be used as a cable attachment and whilst applicable for both hands, I belive it could also be used with one hand the handle grip inspires that much confidence (though yet to test); folds compactly, built to last what I can see, you won't need gloves to protect your hands with this baby! Thoroughly Recommended.
