I have only had this for about 2 months and used it a couple times. It doesn't work now. It will not heat up at all. Too late to return so was a waste of money

This is a great proofing box and at its price, it's a great value. The controls are simple and the heating seems to be mild and sell controlled. The box easily folds. Some reviewers have complained that the temp probe suction cup is inadequate but the probe should be in the dough so there's no need to attach the wire to anything.

Works well if the probe is in a sealed jar of water. A backside probe wire port would be nice instead of through the zippered top.

The zipper of the box got stuck on the first use and the suction cup on the thermometer wouldn't stick to anything. I was excited to try it out but it wouldn't get hot and after a few minutes it got completely cold. Very disappointed
