Since I bought a new range I have wanted to purchase a frying pan with a lid to stop so much grease splatter. Well, I ran in to this and so far I'm in love.I followed the seasoning directions (olive oil and heat pan for 3 minutes - do not let oil burn) and when I actually used it to make my chicken alfredo I was more than impressed with the non-stick and how the handle did not get hot.It appears so far to be durable and definitely worth every penny. It is easily cleaned out with just a little dish soap and water.I'm not sorry I bought this. I will definitely be using it for EVERYTHING. I actually cooked up some bacon it it this morning and well, come-on bacon. It was crispy. Need I say more!

This is a very well designed pan that does no cost a lot of money. It has great non-stick properties, distributes heat quickly and evenly, and just works well! Very happy with purchase!

This fry pan is quality all the way. It feels like cast iron without the weight. It's nice and roomy with high sides for all types of frying. It does require seasoning first, which is easy and takes about 5 minutes. It is very non-stick with a slick, pebbled surface. It has an attractive wooden handle and looks nice enough that you can serve right out of it at your table. I am very pleased with this fry pan.

Perfect for large, single pan family size dinners. Very lightweight pan, deep enough to deep fry fish. Easy clean and I like cooking in it!

It’s good quality but you have to keep it on low heat because it will burn. Would I pay $100 for another one? No. I don’t think I would pay over $60 for this product. I think it’s too much money. However it pretty! It doesn’t weigh too too heavy, but it’s functional.

Love it! I washed it with dishwasher many times already and it stays non-stick.

This is a great quality nonstick deep frying pan with a glass lid with silicon on its border. The handle is wood and the top of the lid is wood too, it looks and feels high end. You can cook and serve it on the table. It comes with protection for the lid's silicone for when not in use. The red silicone on the pan turns white as it becomes hot, you know then to be careful not to touch it. It washes easy by hand. I do not put in the dishwasher anything with wood in general as the extreme hot water of the dishwasher damages the wood. This is a beautiful pan skillet for self or to give as a gift.

I have only used this a couple times since we just received it a day ago. The eggs and turkey sausage turned out perfect this morning. No stick, easy cleanup. I like the overall heft and feel of this pan. Not nearly as heavy as our cast iron in this size. Much better than stainless steel for non sticking feature. Made a fast and easy vege stir fry with pre grilled chicken breast for dinner. All cooked well. Lid on for 10 minutes then lid off for 5 minutes. Did not need to heat the oven and the house as typical. Ours arrived neatly packaged with no damage. The knob on the lid needs to be removed and reversed. I think this was for packaging and safe transport. The lid fits and is aligned well with the top edge. Only tool for this is a good Phillips screwdriver. Same for the handle. I followed the instructions and seasoned the pan with a light coating of oil for a 3 minute medium heat conditioning, wiping out excess oil. This replaces a similar but shallow aging non stick pan with a mismatched lid. This pan is so much nicer to use. I hope it proves durable as it is a keeper.

Was unsure on this item after reading a couple of reviews and not knowing the brand however it is good and we use it most nights. We rarely use the lid but it sits on the pan properly and the only gap is where the pour point is. The heat indicator is great so you know when the pan is at temperature. The pan surface is not a smooth finish in case that is what you need - it is like a stone pan texture so some things do not lift easily however we purchased this to cook meat not eggs, pancakes, etc.

Just received it; love the looks and feel of this pan. Bought the 10"; deep scalloping on the bottom corner of the exterior are a nice touch. Haven't used it yet but am not too worried about performance considering all the reviews - I will say I am surprised by how rough the non stick coating is. Not rough as in sharp edges at all - just - not at all smooth... strange. A big question I had before purchasing was if it had a slight dome in the bottom or if it would hold food and oil evenly across the bottom or if it would have a tendency to pool around the outside edges. I can report it definitely does have that dome. I placed the end of a wooden handled hammer right onto the center of the high spot, and proceeded to whack it until it was flat. It worked (as indicated by how water beads up on the bottom) only time will tell if that might have damaged the pan somehow - I'll report back if it does.

I wasn't sure when I got this pan if the factory thought every single woman who is as old as I am would have a Philips head screwdriver laying around to finish the manufacturing process. But the pan came with the handle unattached. I almost had to stand on the pan to get the handle in the slots and then add the screw. Other than this the pan is fabulous. It is a coated stainless steel. I ordered a 10 inch skillet and it is 10 " across at the top. However, when you take into account the slant of the sides there is only 8" of cooking surface. I have noticed this with some other pans as well. so I am wondering if there is no standardization in measuring these things. I do like the indicator in the handle that lets you know when the pan is hot enough. But this pan would not do for a family meal. I cooked two eggs and 3 brown and serve sausages for myself and my dogs. But it was not large enough for 3 strips of bacon and the two eggs. This pan cooks very nicely and cleans up easily. The non stick surface is on the outside of the pan as well and makes for easy cleanup of that surface as well. The lid came well packaged and overall, I would recommend this pan to a friend who only cooks for one or needs a smaller pan for sauces and gravies, etc. I also like that the pan is deeper and I will be able to deep fry without worrying if I can put enough oil in it to do the job. Just order a few inches larger than what you actually need.
