I'm beyond disappointed with this product honestly. First of all, the camera quality is pretty bad and the video is really grainy. I would have been fine with this, except for the fact that the video quality is extremely glitchy as well. I turned on the camera only to find out that every few seconds, the video quality glitches out. I even tried it with a different video program and the video either blacks out completely every few seconds or glitches out. Also any time there is any amount of high lighting, the video whitens out the picture. Just completely disappointed and don't understand how there's so many good reviews on this low quality product.

The picture is clear and focused on the person sitting in front of the monitor, plus the microphone sound quality is also very good. This is perfect for Zoom, etc.The plastic edge around my monitor is less than 1/8" (closer to 2mm) thick while the back of the monitor rapidly flares outwards which seems less than optimal. However, the camera clamps securely on without any pressure on the screen itself. (See photo). Even if there had been a problem, this camera comes with a flexible tripod and the included USB cable is 3 feet long, so locating it elsewhere would not have been a problem.I'm on Windows 11 and this just plugged straight in and worked right off the bat. Zero setup required.The only "work" you need to do is decide whether you want the privacy flap to be installed. If you do, it's a ring that simply slips over the lens cylinder and sticks to the camera body. For $20 this is a no brainer.

This external camera is compatible to use when if you’re using it for school, like I am so I can take my test at home. It met the Honorlock compatibility. Video quality is a little pixelated. It was hard for me to take a picture of my DL to verify who I was for the testing, you do need a good lightening. I did like how portable and small to fit in my backpack. Its 3 legs helped to stand up. The camera can be adjusted to face up or down. I did like that it came with a cover for the lens when I am not using the camera it can be closed. It was easy to put together and there was no need to add an any software to utilize the camera, just plugged it into the laptop. I think it was worth the price I paid for, plus I got it very quickly.Camera has a mic, picture is in color.

Easy to start using. Decent quality, probably not best for streaming but it works for discord and other call related apps.I do really like the lens cover attached to it so you can close it when not in use and you don't lose it.

The camera quality is great - exactly what I needed for work. Video/photo quality is clear and the microphone picks up well. The only downside is I have to unplug and re-plug in between uses, otherwise the video feed freezes every few seconds. I won't be using it frequently enough to justify returning or exchanging, but something to keep in mind if this is something you'll be using constantly.

Generally it was really easy to set up. It comes with a small tripod which is a good thing Although not the best quality . The camera does not rotate What's on stand which Would be better if it did

It’s a good high quality web cam, wide angle and HD. With great power comes great responsibility, now my audience can see all the imperfections of my skin and the dust in my room. Still, if that’s what you’re looking for 5/5.I will probably look for a low quality camera next time though.

Not suitable for professional use and streaming but does an awesome job for meetings and basic use. I needed it for an exam and it was a good substitute for my laptop's lame webcam. It helps that it has a mic too. Note! The lens cover is lying around somewhere in the packaging. Don't throw away the box till you find it like I almost did.
