I've been using this neck stretcher to help with a hump that developed from poor posture, and I have to sayโit does help! I have had this neck stretcher for about 2 weeks now, a great product that helps me with my neck pain. The heat setting is also a very nice additive. Recommended to purchase if you have a bad neck.

I have an old whiplash injury from over 25 years ago and this neck device provides me a great deal of relief. I am able to lie down and rest my head while getting a good stretch and just the right amount of heat to loosen everything up. Highly recommended!

This item is very firm - not much padding around the neck arch, and perhaps thats purposeful. The heat function works well, Medium is great for longer sessions, and I can tolerate the hot for 5 or 10 minutes before I turn it down a notch. The heat function works well and times out to conserve battery which I wasn't a fan of at first but now I appreciate it because I would forget to turn it off and always have a charging delay when I need it. With just a bit more padding in the arch I would have given 5 stars.

I loved how well this heated up, it felt wonderful! I love that it had 3 settings and found that the medium was perfect for me for 10 minutes, then I could switch to the lighter setting for another 10 minutes. My issue was with the design. It was too tall for me, it forced my neck up into a position that hurt after laying in it too long. I'm a small-to-medium sized woman, so it might just be my poorly-designed body/shoulders. If you're med-large sized, or bigger, you might have better luck.

I sustained damage to my neck as a preschooler. So my neck actually bends the wrong way and is missing vertebrae. Not only was this good for stretching my neck the correct way but the heat makes it much more flexible and soothing. For my size I wish it was just a little bit taller. But I am a somewhat large male.
