Solid, heavy duty and nice black finish. Hand Grips are nice also... Only things it needs is a swivel for attachment to cable and better packing to avoid the minor nicks it got from shipping. Well worth the 21 bucks.

『Yes4All』という販売店の製品ラインナップは良いと思う。基本トレーニング関連用品で汎用製品に関して最安値で検索するとYes4All製品がヒットすることが多い。そして安かろう悪かろうは嫌だなと思いつつポチッとするわけだけど、今まで一度も不良品や期待はずれの製品にあたったことはない。むしろこの値段でこんなしっかりしたものをと思うことばかり。今回購入した『トライセップロープ』も『D型ハンドル』も汎用品が山のように販売されているが、本当にしっかりした汎用品で文句なし。有名メーカー品との互換性汎用性は高いので安心して使えると思う。

思ってたよりずっしりしてます。取り付け部がフリーでクルクル回るので少し違和感がありますが、すぐ慣れるでしょう。作りもしっかりしているので永く使えるでしょう。

This thing is sturdy and easy to use. It's sleek looking, the handles are built for comfort, and it's an overall well made product. At the top of the list of my favorite pieces of workout equipment. Great values for the money, and rust resistant is a plus.

I had attempted to get the v-bar from this company since those work great for tris and bicept curls. The weld was off on both so those were sent back for full refunds. I've been getting bored on my lifts and really wanted some kind of accessory bar. I decided, based on the reviews of this bar, to give this company another chance because a bar like this so cheap is hard to pass up. I can say that while the bar itself is heft and feels like it'saybe 8lbs by itself, it is much better made and seems to move fairly fluidly. The rotating mechanism comes packed with grease so you may need to wipe it down before initial use, and seems to give you a locations you could leverage on the future to add more grease if needed. I'm happy with this purchase and now use this for bicept curls, tricept kick downs, rows, and standing lat pushdowns. Pretty versatile for the price.

This brings a lot of value for the cost. The grips are placed just right for pull-downs either wide-set or regular-set and comfortable in your hands. Easy to attach to the machine with a bull clip. Recommend for gym enthusiasts.

- It appears that rope is made of recycled black carry bags/sacks. Though it does the job. Not sure if it safe at higher weights.- the handle is pure metal. Mediocre quality, thought strength is there. It makes creaking sound while pulling weights. Also handle appears to be bent a bit.
