These only were turned on maybe 10 times and I tried to use these last night and they didn't work. I thought maybe a connection issue but the old incandescent light that worked!

Very bright. Bright enough to see your yard, your neighbors yard, his neighbors yard and so on. Much brighter than the traditional bulbs they replaced.
