It is very practical and easy to install. It comes with double-sided adhesive on the back, and the sound absorption effect is also great. Definitely worth buying.

These soundproof foam panels are fantastic! The self-adhesive backing makes installation super easy, and the high-density material effectively absorbs sound, improving acoustics in my gaming and studio space. They also barely stick the wall. Just cheap junk. Also, the images show a 2" thick product. Not a single one of these is that thick.

Easy enough to install, but the instructions were for the horizontal panels and I only had the vertical ones.

My hubby loves to sing but it always bothers us as the room is not so sound proof, and then I found this set, it really helps reduce the sound and so his singing will not disturb our new born.

I had a few problems with these. Firstly, a few didn't expand after hours and I didn't want to put them in water because I got the adhesive one, but I figured out that you can just pull on each peak of the foam to make it expand. After figuring that out, went to stick them to the wall and the adhesive straight out of the box isn't sticky. I took the brown paper off and it was barely sticky at all. I even used the double sided adhesive that they provided in the kit and those don't even help. They only give you 22 adhesive squares and tell you to apply 5 on the foam. I got a 12 pack so I could only put 2 on each foam and only 1 on 2 of them. I love the look of this product, but paying the extra price for the adhesive just is not worth it at all. It doesn't even stick. They fall down every 1-2 hours.

I ordered two different times from them. First order of 12 panels looked flawless; my second order however had two or three of the acoustic panels out of shape and for that I’d have to lower the rating.I measured the height of them and *for the most part* they’re 2 inches high.Overall, would i recommend to someone just starting with soundproofing, yes.Would I recommend to someone who’s had experience in the past, maybe not. You’re better off saving some money and getting higher quality ones.
