The adhesion on this is a tad bit too low to succesfully use with Vinyl decals. It works decent with some of my larger decals, but anything that is below 8x8, customers seem to complain that the tack on the tape is not high enough to lift the vinyl decal from the backing paper that the vinyl is on. I switched to a different brand as I tried this myself and noticed that it for sure does not have enough tack to fully lift the decal all the way off. I really wanted to like this one, but it is just not something that I can use all the time anymorel. This is great if you are needing it for painting or spraying texture on a wall and want to control the splatter, but for vinyl decals it is not all that great.

We use this masking for our laser engraving business. It is a great value for the money. It sticks well to our wood and stays in place but is easily peeled when done lasering.

This transfer tape is excellent for use in installing adhesive vinyl.It's also a good choice for masking wood to be laser cut to reduce or eliminate charring on the surface of the wood where laser cut.The attached photo shows the difference in appearance when laser cutting. On the left is a piece of MDF that is laser cut where smoke chars around the cut line. On the right is the cut once the mask has been removed. When used in this manner, there is no cleanup needed after cutting - just peel the transfer tape off along with the charring.

You can't pull it off the roll without it sticking to the layer underneath it. Barely usable. I wasn't able to get a full width piece off the roll as I tried several techniques to unroll what I needed. Mostly it just sticks to previous layers and rips before you can get a piece. I do not recommend.

I have used this for years! Never a problem. My last two rolls have been horrible. They don’t roll out nicely and rip the layer under them. There is no way to get to customer service to have replaced without returning and waiting for them to receive it and reorder. Well since last two rolls are damaged I don’t have extra to use while I wait and I just wanted them to send a new roll. No way to talk to anyone though so I am out almost $85. Now to search for another brand to use when this could have been resolved so easily if they only had customer service.

Update: The seller reached out and offered to replace the current roll I have. It arrived promptly, and the new roll rips much better, although is still very stuck to the roll itself. The adhesion to vinyl is stronger than the first roll, and works well if you roll/pressure apply it and then let it adhere to the tape. Given it's price point and experience so far there's a risk you'll get a bad roll, but the seller was prompt and polite to deal with, and all things considered it's a good product for the price.--------------------------Rips very unevenly, and is very very difficult to remove from the roll, which would make sense if it had good adhesion to vinyl. It doesn't, and you end up slowly and gently rolling it ever so slightly millimeter by millimeter to try and get it to adhere to the tape and not the vinyl's own backer.If it was able to adhere to the vinyl, this would be a killer deal, but this is not even as good as a dollar store roll of masking tape. There are other brands out there that you may have better experience with, but this roll isn't very useful.

Update.2 No issues at all with new roll. Works completely as intended. Highly recomend!Update: Seller reached out and said they identified a small batch manufacturing issue and it has since been resolved. Replacement is en route. Will update review after trying the new roll.While trying to pull the tape from the roll it continuously rips in the middle of the roll. We wasted far more trying to fix the issues than what makes it to the product. I was hoping it was just an issue on the outside layers but it has persisted throughout the roll. Cannot recommend.

El rollo tiene exceso de pegamento en en determinados sitios, al poner el vinilo y despegar este papel quedan restos de pegamento fuerte que son difíciles de quitar.. además de esto cuando desenrollas el papel para uso, este mismo se empieza pelar por culpa del exceso de pegamento. Había comprado esto por recomendaciones de internet, pero un Transfer chino me va mejor que esto

Me daba un poco de miedo comprarlo por los comentarios que decían que no tenía adherencia pero me arriesgue y funciona muy bien, el diseño se transporta sin problema.La textura es muy parecida al masking a diferencia de otros tranfer de este estilo, aunque eso no es malo ya que al ser así no se arruga tan fácil lo que facicilta un poco su aplicacion sobre el vinil o al menos así me sirve.Lo recomiendo
