I lost my hitch pin so I ordered a bunch of these. I received them and then found my original pin on the ground. Now I've lost the bag of pins. So, if you order these, get like 50 and throw some in every drawer and shelf you own. Nail them on the wall. Put some in your truck. Stick some in the silverware drawer. Whatever. Just don't leave them in the bag.

I manage to lose these pins all the time on my trailer so wanted to pickup several versus buying individually at the hardware store. Overall pretty good value for the price and amount you get with this. They were a bit smaller than my previous pins but didn’t impact the usability for me. Seems durable enough that these should last.

Strong pins to keep trailer and cage doors safely secured in a wide variety of conditions. To me the design felt awkward at first but rapidly became familiar and certainly these pins do that which they are designed to do. They are not anti theft items but properly closed will keep the drop down trailer hatch and the swinging doors on the trailer cage from opening accidentally. I like them.
